“The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Our bed was very uncomfortable - not typical Marriott bedding. We didn't get any sleep as the bed made it impossible to sleep.” Sep 22, 2009 by
Hershel from Rolla,MO

“Great hotel for price. A little noisy, but overall nice visit.” Aug 18, 2009 by
Derek from Dow,IL
“The first evening we spent here was horrible, I didn't get any sleep due to the fact that the toilet ran all night, and there must have been a family of hippos above me. The next morning I noticed that there was cob webs in the light fixtures and the staff didn't get to them until the following day. The third day my 6 year old daughter had a huge spider bite on her back and and I found a spider under the dining table in our room and killed it, the I found another spider in a corner chowing on a large cricket and killed that one also. I told the hotel manager and her comment was "Geeze, you have had a rough stay here haven't you?"... Not once were we offered a different room! There was also a stray cat in the hotel parking lot that I complained about at the front desk and it was still there when we left for home.” Aug 12, 2009 by
Art from Charlotte,NC
“This hotel met my expectations. It was great for the money and perfect for our needs. My family and I were quite comfortable.” Aug 12, 2009 by
Jesse from Tulsa,OK
“Hotel is clean and nice. Our room was a one bedroom suite and was comfortable and spacious for two adults and three small children. Suite included a full-size refrigerator, stove-top, dishwasher and microwave. This helped reduce food costs during vacation. The maid does the dishes for you during the day which was awesome! Rooms are clean and remodeled with nice couch and chairs. Couch was a pullout and both the couch and bed were comfortable. Some bedroom furniture was a little dated but in good condition. I would recommend for families or anyone who needs a hotel room for an extended period of time.” Aug 3, 2009 by
Pat from Raymore,MO
“This hotel was very clean and had several extra amenities than normal. A nice gas BBQ grill was provided for guests, outdoor park-like seating, basketball area, pool, etc. We extended our stay because it was such a nice hotel, there was so much to do in Branson, and we had such a GREAT price from Priceline!” Jul 27, 2009 by
Diane from Knob Noster,MO
“It definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was decorated very modern with a lot of extras. We appreciated the popcorn and mints that were provided. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff was extra nice. The food was good and everything was very fresh. The carpet on the steps was a little worn and stained, but that can be expected with the amount of traffic it endures.” Jun 26, 2009 by
Amy from Joplin,MO
“Great for families because of the bedroom being separate from the living space/pullout. Great breakfast and very clean room.” Jun 12, 2009 by
Rebecca from Kokomo,IN
“We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to other family and friends.” Jun 8, 2009 by
Karen from Westminster,CA
“The hotel was really nice, included was a hot breakfast everyday and light dinner on 3 days during the week. The staff was nice and friendly, free parking and great location.” May 15, 2009 by
Nichole from Warrenton,MO
“It was a very nice newer hotel, so it felt cleaner and was very family friendly. There is a center court with a basketball net, patio furniture, and grill. The indoor pool is large and appears clean. The room offered a pull out sofa, it was like a small studio apartment, so great for having kids there. The accessibility of having a mini kitchen in the room was awesome. Felt safe and because it was off the main Bronson strip you didn't have the traffic noise or a lot of hassle.” May 14, 2009 by
Sue from Ballwin,MO
“Great place for a family, and May 7, 2009 by

Vickie from Pittsburg,KS
“This hotel was absolutely perfect. Clean, great TV, comfy bed. The kitchen was perfect if you wanted to cook a meal, had everything you would need including a dishwasher. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. We would love to stay at this hotel again.” Apr 22, 2009 by
Jo from Rogers,AR
“It was a wonderful surprise to have a small home to go to instead of a cramped hotel room. The full complimentary breakfast was also an unexpected delight and added value. Very clean, great overall presentation.” Mar 18, 2009 by
Kasia from Evanston,IL
“This is a solid 3* hotel. I have been very disappointed with a lot 3 star hotels, with dated rooms, rickety elevators, terrible service, awful and/or very expensive parking, and it's usually all of the above. The Residence Inn in Branson is far nicer, cleaner and comfortable that the Radisson, where I was placed in the past as a 3*, to my huge disappointment. Radisson should be moved down a notch - there is no comparison between it, the Residence Inn, and the Hilton's that are 3*s. I would give 3.5 to the Hilton's, 3 to the Residence Inn, and 2 to the Radisson. Yet, I strongly prefer the RI over the Hilton's because there it free WiFi, easy, convenient parking, a nice free breakfast, good coffee 24/7, great maid service, and a homey atmosphere. The Residence Inn rooms are no more paneled white cabinets, etc. It is very modern (warm paint/color scheme, stainless appliances) and most anyone will love it!” Jan 23, 2009 by
Laura from Ft. Gibson,OK
“The indoor pool was small and the heater wasn't working. The Jacuzzi was out of order as well. The breakfast was good though with a large selection of hot items. The location was very accessible to the main road.” Dec 30, 2008 by
D.J. from Stillwater,OK
“Location was a little out of the way as far as Branson goes. Nice room. Would stay again.” Dec 26, 2008 by
Gene Rindt from New London,WI
“Besides the breakfast, which consistently ran out of food, end up waiting for 15 minutes. Hotel was wonderful stay, employee's very polite, rooms clean. Would stay again for sure.” Nov 25, 2008 by
Carrie from Newalla,OK
“The room was well equipped and spacious. The only thing that was sub par was the blow dryer in the room, it was about to go out.” Nov 19, 2008 by
h. from Springfield,MO
“I was very impressed with the room we had. The interior was very stylish and no ugly flower comforters. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as the queen bed we had. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with things to cook and clean with. The pool was questionable because of the stains on the floor of it but we can live with that. The staff was fairly nice but I had to ask a lot of questions to find out information about the hotel. I would stay at this hotel again; in fact I plan on it.” Nov 15, 2008 by
Heidi from Mt Vernon,MO
“Great breakfast provided in the morning.” Nov 9, 2008 by
Tanya from Claremore,OK
“It's a great place to stay. They have a full breakfast bar in the mornings and a snack bar in the evening. Rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. Bed very comfortable. Liked the kitchen part of this room. Staff very professional and accomodating.” Nov 5, 2008 by

“Nice place to stay for a mini vacation. Only complaint is the heat/air. Made for a restless night.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Brandie from St Joseph, MO
“We recommend this hotel-it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect to get to everywhere we wanted to go in a short time.” Jun 29, 2008 by
Lori from Franklin, TX
“We enjoyed our stay, except for the dance troupe that stayed near out room. They were up till 1 am most nights, and were terribly noisy, running in the halls and hollering outside out door. They did not stop even after the front desk spoke to the parents. Other than that, we enjoyed out stay!” Jun 1, 2008 by
Steve from Siloam Springs, AZ
“Good experience. I would recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely stay there again.” Dec 13, 2007 by
Paula from Arnold, MO
“If it were not for the generator or heat pump or something that was very noisy outside the bedroom window, the hotel was nice. I would not want to stay there again if my room would be located in the same part of the facility.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Dec 1, 2007 by

“Good location off the beaten path. Clean, large suite with kitchenette. Full breakfast.” Nov 27, 2007 by
Marsha from Bruceville, TX
“The Residence Inn is a very clean and neat place. It is convenient to all the shows in Branson, and I love the breakfast buffet!” Nov 22, 2007 by
Charlie from Bartlett, TN
“Very friendly, convenient, and clean. All hotels should at least have some rooms that are available to people who are addicted to nicotine. The breakfast selections could be improved. One other suggestion. For people traveling this area, the hotel should offer local state maps.” Oct 11, 2007 by
Deidre from Tulsa, OK
“Great location off the strip but very accessible to everything. Wonderful breakfast selection. I have never stayed at a residence inn but would select this chain on any travel in the future. This is a great place to stay with kids.” Oct 5, 2007 by
Mila from Tulsa, OK
“Beautiful location, friendly staff, nice rooms with updated furnishings. Convenient location too. I am going to take younger niece and nephew this fall and hope to stay here again since it has an inside pool.” Oct 3, 2007 by
Elaine from Pana, IL
“Such a treat & surprise to have studio apt. The kitchen had full ref, dishwasher, and cookware & dinner ware. Coffee was furnished in lobby and room. Employees were very helpful and helped me with high speed internet access on my computer. The vanity was separated from shower & stool which made it handy. Breakfasts were full meal deal and very good. Evening meal provided during week. The elevator is slow so we used stairs most of time.” Sep 26, 2007 by
Diane from Tulsa, OK
“Should be 3 stars, not 2 1/2!” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 14, 2007 by

“Our room used to be a smoking room because it still smelled like an ash tray. My husband and I are both highly-sensitive to cigarette smoke and we both woke up pretty congested. Next time, I will ask specifically for a room that has never been a smoking room. Other than that and some outdated decor it was fine.” Aug 13, 2007 by
Rhonda from Ozark, MO
“We stayed in August. The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. All rooms have small kitchenettes with frig, microwave, and stove- very convenient. Rooms were well kept and clean, although a bit outdated. Bed was extremely comfortable. Temperature was at 100, and air worked very well and quietly. Breakfast buffet included hot items (make your own waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, etc) as well as typical continental items and was wonderful. During the week, hotel serves small meal from 5-7pm, such as sandwiches one day and grilled hamburgers another day- wonderful surprise! Only one complaint- the swimming pool was only 1/3 the size of most hotel pools and was too crowded with only 6 people to swim and enjoy. Pool only went to about 4 1/2 feet deep, also. We wanted to enjoy the pool (august- 100 degrees) and weren't able to. The pool is important to us (10 year old daughter), so because of that we would have to choose a different hotel next visit. Otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay.” Aug 4, 2007 by
Tina from Monroe, WI
“Nice hotel off the busy main roads easy to get to.” Jul 5, 2007 by
Charles from Overland Park, KS
“The facilities were superb. The free breakfast was excellent. The drawback was the guest facilities book indicated that a credit card was optional. The desk clerk insisted on one for only one reason to cover damage to the room. That put the relationship on an adversial basis immediately. My wife and I were there for a quiet overnight stay. We had no intention and damage and certainly would not have seemed like someone who would be inflicting damage.” Jun 25, 2007 by
Tanya from Henderson, TX
“I was totally satisfied with the 2 meals/day provided. The rooms were great. Had 2 TVS. A kitchen only minus the oven-but had 2 electric stove tops and microwave - full size fridge and dishwasher. The potty was contained in the shower area with a door that made getting ready outside with the sink and countertop very convenient. French doors separated the living area from the bedroom, therefore allowing the kids to stay in their area and us to stay in ours. The couch folded out to make a double bed. Free internet service was great and easily accessible. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi - loved by the kids. The hotel was on the "yellow route" in Branson which made it easy to get around the 76 traffic. Also, my sons love the 1/2 size basketball court. This is absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. We loved it!”
