• Had amenities like hair dryer, iron, shampoo and such.
• Hard beds, small bathroom.

• Great location and price for "suite" that supported separate beds for each of my children. Buffet was nice addition, but get there before 9am.
• Buffet seating did not support crowd from 9-10am.

• Very friendly staff, easy check in and free hot breakfast.
• The beds were a little uncomfortable and the bathroom was really small.

“I was a little disappointed when I saw the room, it was a little outdated, however it was clean. If it would have had better mattresses and a bigger bathroom it would have been cool. I might stay there again.”

• Price was good and breakfast was great. Close to lots of stuff.
• Beds were a bit saggy. Carpet was stained.

“ It was easy to find. Lots of stuff within walking distance and that was good. TV worked fine although I had heard it didn't in an earlier review. Paint was peeling in bathroom. Carpet was stained in many places. ”

• Location.

“The hotel was a clean facility and had a friendly staff. The only complaints that I have are that the breakfast did not have much of a variety to choose from and my room needed some maintenance items fix. Other than those two little things the stay was a good one and I would recommend this hotel to any one.”

• Nice clean hotel. Staff was helpfull and brought plenty of towels and shampoo.
• Pool light did not work. Smell of trash outside of room.

“My family and I were happy with the hotel. Staff brought us fresh towels and shampoo everyday. The only thing that
I did not like was the light on the pool did not work, and
I could smell trash more than once outside my room. Rooms were basic and my room had no refrigerator.”

• Not much.
• When you said first floor I thought we would exit our vehicle and walk into our room. We had to go down stairs with no handrails and I am disabled.

“It was ok however. The first floor is down a stairwell with no handrails and I did not like that because I am disabled.”

• The breakfast offered.
• They did not have are room! And gave us a smaller one.

“Won't stay there again, not happy with the look, one pool empty and dirty, one freezing cold! Our room had water damage and we were not offered any compensation for our trouble just a smaller room. Not happy at all.”

• The lobby was very attractive and airy.
• The room was tiny; the carpet was dirty from decades of abuse.

“Value for the dollar was very poor. This hotel appears nice from the exterior lobby area, but the room was totally opposite. It is in dire need of updating, painting, bedspreads, tile in bathroom. I was surprised by the difference. It is also farther away from all the Branson activities, like silver dollar city, contrary to hotel description. I'd never stay here again given all the other choices.”

• It was close to down town.
• The sheets were stained, and put on the bed very bad, wrinkles half off before we even got in bed.

• The first thing I noticed when I entered the hotel was the smell of clean!
• The guest service desk was a little pushy on the ticket sales.

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and had a distinct freshness. The family 'courtyard' was very nice, spacious, and clean. Even though it was close to the strip it was still quiet and relaxing, which is the whole point of a mini vacation.”

• Convenient, free breakfast was superb.
• They didn¿t clean after our 1st day, had to ask for coffee after our 1st day, no ashtray in a smoking room.

“The layout is not good. Hard to locate room. When we returned to our room the evening of our 2nd day, they had only changed the bed. Did not empty ashtray, did not replace coffee. We'd asked for extra towels and 2 extra pillows which we did not get. On arrival I had to request an ashtray and we were in a smoking room. The layout of the room was awkward. We bought tickets for area attractions thru guest services, they did not price them right and we had to pay again at the attractions and get reimbursed when we returned to the hotel. We were also told we wouldn't have to stand in line at the attractions that we had bought tickets for and we did.”

• Cold rooms.

“This hotel was pretty much what I expected for what we paid except for one thing, the heater was not adequate for the rooms and we froze. I notified the staff immediately. Within 3 minutes maintenance mad showed up. He promised to change out the heater and also bring us extra blankets. We left to go to a show and when we got back, not one thing had been done. We ended up putting the bedding from the extra double bed on one bed. I realize the temperature was very cold that night 6 degrees that morning, but the heaters should have been adequate. When I told the lady at the desk the next morning, all she had to say was, "it was cold at my house too." not what I was expecting.”

• Free buffet breakfast.
• No elevator (we were on the 3rd floor).

“We were disappointed that there was no elevator, it's hard to believe the Ramada expects everyone to carry their luggage up two or three flights of stairs. On a positive note, the hotel was on a hill so if your room is closer to the highway, you can walk right onto your floor. All the floors except the fourth are accessible from the parking lot, unfortunately we were not close to the highway.”

• The location was great & the continental breakfast was the best we've ever had.
• We liked everything about it-nothing bad to say.

“We like staying at Ramada hotels. The one in Branson was super!! Right in the heart of the 76 strip and yet it has a wooded setting around it. Very nice-we'll stay there again and would advise others to do so also. They won't be disappointed.”

• The door did not open easily because it was 'not level'.

“It was o.k. for what we needed. Not too 'crazy' about the resort sales all around, but at least they actually did in the end what they said they would do. (We did it at the Ramafa because it was not close by & we could walk.”

• The free breakfast was great, huge selection on the buffet.
• The noise from the road, we went to Branson for the quiet.

“Due to the fact that Branson is in the mountains, we were put on the "second" floor. Way on the other end, of the building, it was the first floor. With the stroller for the kid, we had to walk the length of the building to get to the car from the room. The breakfast was great, it was the biggest breakfast I have ever had at any hotel or motel and was free. I did not expect that.”

• Great guest services to refer shows in the area. Great breakfast!
• Beds are a little hard.

“The hotel is on the main "strip" of Branson, so traffic was a problem. It is a little easier to get to than most hotels on the strip from the major shopping areas. The rooms are average and are OK for one or two days. The free breakfast is great! The guest service representative was very helpful to refer us to shows in the area!”

• Driveway into the motel could be more prominent

“Call the Ramada to book your rooms, we would have paid less for the room if we had. We would have gotten our room for at least $5.00 off per night. The rooms are pretty standard. Not bad for the price. The hot breakfast is worth your while, the best free breakfast at any motel I have seen so far.”

• The grounds were beautiful with lots of activities on property.
• Location on the strip (route 76) makes it difficult to get in and out.

“Rooms were clean and spacious. The grounds were well maintained and had lots of family friendly activities. The location was central to many attractions. You do need to know how to get around Branson other than using route 76 because it was always crowded with slow moving traffic.”

• Excellent service and location. great breakfast, very nice complex with 2 pools.
• It was good all the way around..

• Location was excellent for all the shows and the downtown area.
• Lobby was beautiful and the landscaping great, the 'hotel' part needed updating. The Oak ridge Boys stayed there too, can't be too bad.

“We enjoyed the accommodations, the 'free continental breakfast' was a major bonus and more than "continental !!" The location was great for everything we wanted to see and do. We were able to 'walk' to the shows. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Branson is very family oriented and so was Ramada Inn Branson, we were not disappointed at all.”

• Air conditioners did not work very well, room was hot.

“Air conditioners were very old. We called front desk. They sent maintenance over at ten at night. Maintenance complained that they already had 10 other systems to work on first. They finally changed our air conditioner at midnight with another old system that worked just a little bit better. When we complained next morning, no compensation was given. Just a sorry was the best they could do. This greatly disappointed me and was not what I would expect from a Ramada Inn. I will not go back there.”

• Smoke seeped into our non-smoking room.

“Air conditioner was not very cold. Our non-smoking room didn't just smell like smoke. I think smoke was actually entering the room through the ventilation system. The smell woke me up at night.”

• The lobby was a very cute building. The grounds were very green and kid friendly.
• The room was a disappointment. The room was outdated compared to the lobby.

“The Lobby looked like a little cottage. It was very appealing in the setting it was in. They served a hot breakfast, which was included in the price and it was good. The grounds had really nice playground equipment. I almost wished we brought the kids along so they could play. The disappointment was that the rooms seemed a little out of date. They were clean. The shower was pretty neat. I guess my expectations were a little too high because everything outside of the room we really nice.”
