• Was not a hotel. A timeshare resort.

“Two in our party and they had us in a studio with one bed. Took over 30 min to get us a studio with a sofa sleeper. Mini blinds on the large picture window and the full length window on the door. No curtains. Light from the outside shown in our room all night! Very hard to sleep as light as it was in the room.”

• Quiet, family oriented, apartment like rooms, clean.
• The sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable. Every spring dug into you.

“Our stay was good. Other than the sofa bed being painfully uncomfortable, the resort was nice. Staff was respectful and friendly. Lots of activities were planned at the resort. We would definitely be interested in staying again.”

• It was roomy and had all major appliances.
• A lot of spiders.

“We contacted front desk about the spiders the first night we were there and they said that they would send maintenance up right away and we waited for 2 hours and no one showed. We could not sit on the patio and watch the fireworks for all the spiders. We notified the manager the next day about it. They moved us and complimented the breakfast. Nice place but the spiders were horrible.”

• It was very peaceful and nice.
• I really don't have anything bad to say.

“We definitely would consider staying there again. The only problem we had was that we needed batteries for TV remote and had to wait longer than we shouldve, but that was a minor problem. The overall experience was pretty good.”

• The room was really quaint, and I didn't expect a kitchen, but there it was!
• The sheets are only changed Mondays and Thursdays or upon request.

“All in all, the plantation at Fall Creek was really nice. The room was just the right size for a young couple who weren't going to be there much. The only problem is that we had to change our own sheets when we got there because the place is so big, housekeeping only comes 1 time a week.”

• The grounds, pool, rooms, and front desk well, actually everything was clean and very kept up on. With the exception of the spider webs.
• Too spaced out. You pretty much have to drive to the pool(s).

“Very kept up resort with the exception of the spider webs all over and the webs have some very big spiders. I also didn't like the fact I had to drive to the pool so the kids could go swimming.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• The walls were paper thin we heard all the noise from next door.

“Actually overall it was nice, however the bathroom floor had hair on the floor and the walls are too thin. We were awakened by slamming cabinet doors and drawers. Privacy is a big issue.”

• Not all non-smoking rooms are actually non-smoking due to voluntary non-smoking policy.

“Have stayed twice and enjoyed both times, but had the misfortune of ending up in a room strongly smelling of smoke and even after moving rooms was in similar situation due to rooms sharing ventilation system with a voluntary non-smoking room. Other than this the hotel is wonderful, spacious rooms, good breakfast option, and great location. Just be careful about ensuring strictly non-smoking room.”

• Room was nicely decorated, had small kitchen and spacious bathroom.
• I could hear my neighbors' every word and the smell of their breakfast sausage filled my room.

“This is a huge complex with all sorts of lodging arrangements: 4 and 2 storey buildings, some for rent while others are for permanent residents, even several campgrounds. Got lost on my first attempt to find my rental's building. The door to an adjoining room had a good 2 inch gap at the bottom so I could hear my neighbors' every word as well as smelling everything they cooked. Other than that, the room was comfortable and very new.”

• If you have kids, there are a lot of activities for them.
• The location was horrible, the rooms were small and there was no privacy b/c of the suite doors.

“This hotel was one of the least favorite we have ever stayed at. Our room was divided by only the suite doors and our neighbors were loud and yelling at each other and at their kids all weekend which made us feel very uncomfortable. also, they cooked bacon every morning which made our clothes, linens and towels also smell like bacon. The room was one of the smallest rooms we've stayed in in Branson, also, the location was horrible. trying to get to the strip from this hotel was awful. There was sometimes an hour of traffic just to get to the strip. plus, they try to rope you into a timeshare presentation which was just a waste of our time. We will never stay there again and we would recommend to our friends and family to avoid it as well.”

• I liked the location being off the main strip of Branson.
• The lights outside our room were so bright that we had trouble sleeping.
