• I
  liked the double room.
• When I called to borrow an item, I was treated rudely.

“I thought it was very good. I was so impressed with the complimentary breakfast as well. The TVs in the rooms were great. The view was great. I wished there was covered or underground parking because it was cold outside.”

• I like courtyard style hotels and the location of this one was good.
• Room which I stayed had a smaller counter space than last stay at this hotel.
  

“I am fond of courtyard style hotels, and the atrium-like central lobby with all the plants is neat. The breakfast is good here, though the room this year (stayed at this same location last year) did not have the same bar/counter space.

• Complimentary drinks and breakfast.
• Elevators, obnoxious weddings, lines for breakfast, no towels at pool.

“The location is great, that's about it. The staff was unfriendly, there was an hour wait for breakfast and hardly any seating. There was a wedding that spilled beer in several elevators and it was not cleaned up. Several members of the wedding party were using drugs and the staff did not care. There was a ten minute wait to use the elevators. Lastly, the pool had no towels so I called for more and the person answering told me to only use the phone in emergencies. No towels were sent. Upon leaving we stopped in the Starbucks in the hotel and they did not know how to make items on the menu.”

• Beds were comfortable, pools was nice, Good food.
• Road noise since close to Highway.

“This is a great hotel for a family. The rooms are very clean and good mattresses. The breakfast is better than just rolls and fruit and the pool was warm and spacious. The employees were friendly and we enjoyed it.”

• Nice room and friendly staff.
• We were not told about construction on the first two floors and it was noisy.

“There was no mention of construction going on and it was very noisy early in the morning. Will not stay at the location again.”

• It has been recently remodeled.
• The jacuzzi had a ring of dirt around the inside, and black hairs.

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel, and the only thing that was better was that the room had been remodeled. When someone from housekeeping came to clean the jacuzzi they were rude and did not apologize for the inconvience. They should of sent someone from management to check things out, and sent someone that understood English.”

• They were updating the facility and informed us about this when we registered. We had a room that had been updated, nice bathroom facility.
• Parking was a problem we had to drive around several times waiting for a space to open up.

“Overall the stay was a nice experience. Did enjoy the all you could eat breakfast/omelet brunch in the morning. Clean, well-kept hotel with a close access to the Interstate without having to hear the noise associated with highway traffic. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the pool area also.”

• It is just beautiful and atmosphere friendly.
• The long line at breakfast.

• Poor food and beverage quality.

“Changing hotels was a burden and they should have told us of the constructions noise in advance. The food at the 2nd Embassy was poor quality and happy hour was so crowded you could not get a drink.”

• The complimentary breakfast was wonderful.
• Some front desk staff not friendly on first night, staff noisy outside our room, no fans in bathrooms, leaky faucets.

“The suite was great for a family but for the money of this hotel, I expected friendlier staff, exhaust fans in the bathrooms, and map availability at the least. The breakfasts were out of this world. Great variety for folks of all ages. Lines did get long though with only 1 cook at times.”

• Comfort of the suite environment, nice environment.
• Could not close up free snack and breakfast fast enough! I think they would have kicked you out if they could have.

“Very nice hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and roomy. I love the two room suite which can accommodate different sleep habits! Very beautiful hotel, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.”

• A hockey tournament was going on so was packed with kids.

• Very good breakfast.
• Our room was supposed to be smoke free and we could smell smoke in the bathroom and the area by the bedroom. The coffee mugs had lipstick and were dirty.

“I have always been very pleased with this hotel when we have stayed before, but this time we found many little things wrong. Like dirty coffee mugs, chips, pretzels pens under the chair when we moved it and a smoke free room that smelled like someone was smoking through the vents.”

• Courtyard area is inviting, the breakfast was excellent.
• I booked a certain room and they did not give me the one that I asked for until the manager got involved and switched out room.

“this is a older embassy suites but they do keep it up pretty good. the price is a bit high for the age of the hotel in my opinion but it is still nice. The manager was helpful after the reservation was screwed up. He sent champagne to our room as an apology which was nice. The Breakfast was excellent in the am cook to order out in the atrium. overall a decent experience.”

• Room size was awesome and staff was very friendly. Cook at breakfast was super.
• Door separating room was dirty.

“This was a great place to stay. Food was great although lineups were quite long on the weekend Loved the happy hour. Rooms were a nice big size and it was perfect for us with our teenagers.”
