• Breakfast buffet and shuttle service both wonderful.
• Fan in bathroom didn't work and pull-out bed wasn't comfortable.

“Our stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was great and they even offered evening meals too. Hotel was convenient to both the airport and Mall of America. Shuttle available to and from both. We would have like to have a room with 2 beds, but there wasn't one available. We had a king bed and pull-out bed. The pull-out wasn't comfortable. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. We would stay there again and recommend to others.”

• Relaxed atmosphere, lovely breakfast and social hour.

“Great hotel within 10 minutes of the Mall of America. Great social hour Monday through Thursday nights and very adequate breakfast each day. Very safe. Close to other shopping as well. Complete kitchen for times when you just want to stay in.”

• It was nice because the traffic near our hotel was not busy or crowded. Very peaceful hotel overall and the free buffet breakfast was great!
• I wish we could have stayed longer! It would be nice to have more exercise equipment.

“I would definitely enjoy staying here again! Next time I will definitely use the pool and workout area (when I have more time). It would be very nice to bring children here because of the giant play area that you can use for only $6.00!”

• Hallways were a bit dingy/probably just a tad outdated.

“Hello, we did not get to enjoy this hotel, other than the lobby. When we went to check in they had a plumbing issue on our floor. They then put us up in a nearby hotel that was really nice.. They were very friendly and we hope to one day go back to see more of this great hotel!

“The pool was an Olympic style, not really good for kids, but better for people who want the workout of swimming. The play land, while really neat and fun had a charge to get into, since it was really not part of the hotel.”

• There was a lot of activities. Pool, track, basketball, etc.
• Pool was only open until 9 pm.

• The suites having closing doors was awesome!
• Nothing to tell, they were wonderful!

“The rooms are spacious and divided if you have children. The staff was some of the best staff I have ever encountered. We probably stay in hotels at least six times per year and they were downright incredible. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and just wonderful. We'll check with them before going to anyone else when we are in that area.”

• Easy access off the interstate.
• Nothing is not liked.

“Very nice hotel to stay at with or without family. The only thing that I didn't like was you have to play to use the indoor playground and the pool was not attached to the hotel you had to go through the building next to you otherwise very nice.”

• Everything! Excellent breakfast buffet & surprise, snack meal, included in price, great location, clean, friendly staff, well kept, free shuttle, etc.
• There was not a hot tub and the pool was more of an exercise pool.

“If we could stay here again, we would probably never stay elsewhere. Everything exceeded our expectations and we are now spoiled! We hope to return to this hotel!”

• The room was OK, except toilet did not work.
• Toilet would not flush, had to go to the lobby bathroom.

“We did knotty get into the hotel until Midnight and in the morning the bathroom toilet did not work, ended up having to go to the lobby restroom. They did finally get it to work 10 min before we checked out. Very inconvenient.”

• The hallway noise, doors slamming and such was annoying.

• It was just like having a nice apartment with a live in maid.
• The pool is ran by the city, thus it is only open limited hours.

“This was an excellent hotel and I will definitely stay here again. The people were very helpful and the room was just perfect. The little kitchen was adorable and it was nice that the sliding door turned it into two separate rooms.”

• Clean, attractive, and close to MSP Airport.
• Hard to find power outlets in the room.

“Very comfortable, clean, attractive. Excellent for business travelers. Plus, staff let me check in two hours early always a plus for business travelers. Complimentary breakfast in the morning with eggs, sausage, etc. and complimentary reception at night with beer and wine and taco bar. Close to MSP airport, although had to go a bit around about to get back on Interstate to get to airport. Highly recommend.”

• I loved the indoor park next to the hotel as well as the very large pool.
• The large number of people in the breakfast buffet area was too big for the seating area.

• The suite was perfect for me, my husband, 7 year old, & 9 month old. Loved the kitchen & separate rooms!
• No dish soap provided. Dishwasher runs while we were gone with very few dishes which are very inefficient. Limited access to pool.

• Liked the number of beds for sleeping.
• The recreation park is run by the city.

“The hotel is nice. The suite was great; two beds and a couch fit my family of six. Own kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Nice! The recreation park is connected to the hotel, but ran by the city. The pool is free but you have to pay for the park, $5.50 per kid, yikes! Hotel guests should get it for free. I had to tell my kids no for the second day, not well.”
