• Location and free tram to Silver Dollar City.
• Mattress needs to be replaced.

“This hotel was perfect for our family it had an indoor pool, game room, continental breakfast and a laundry area. Perfect for a family with younger kids. I wish the bed had been a little more comfortable, but certainly manageable.”

• A little far from the attractions in Branson.

• The pool was excellent - great for the kids.
• Hallways were hot.

“I chose this hotel because of its location and it proved to be an excellent choice. Nice rooms, good free breakfast, shuttle service to Silver Dollar City, friendly staff. Easy to get to.”

• It was a nice clean room. Towels at the indoor pool. Plus it was in a great location near Silver Dollar City.

• The Staff was extremely friendly.
• The cont. Breakfast was not very good. The French was horrible.

“This was a very nice, friendly hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The Staff was very help, although not very knowledgeable about the wireless computer setup at the motel. They did, however, point us in the direction that we needed. It is close to Silver Dollar City and they provide shuttle service which is great.”

• The big sliding doors that lead to a balcony.
• The fire alarm went off at 7:00 am.

“Everything was good; the lady at the desk was very helpful. But, the fire alarm went off at 7:00am and a guy had to make two trips up to disconnect it. Finally he just tore the wires loose. I would stay there again. Stuff happens.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• Paid way too much for this hotel.

“Not that you have ever listened to any of my comments, but. Both of our rooms turned out to be smoking rooms, and we requested non smoking. They could not be changed because the hotel was full. I have commented about this and other issues without as much as a peep from your people. Did you actually get my comments? Do you actually care one way or the other? It is almost like the 'great and powerful oz'is running your business, because I never hear any feedback from my comments positive or especially negative. Do they go into a big black hole, or does someone actually read them and make changes.”

• Clean, comfortable, well run, friendly, quiet, convenient to silver dollar city.
• The water is still a bit iffy, but the new owners are updating the system.

• Indoor pool and game room.
• No complaints.

“We really enjoyed staying at the Best Western Branson Inn. It was a great location for us. The indoor pool and game really helped keep our son occupied while trying to get nap time in for our daughter. The staff as a whole was fantastic. Friendly and quick to help you. We would stay there again.”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly.
• The continental breakfast was not that great.

“I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. It was quiet and very family friendly. The pool was open later in the evening so the kids could swim after the days activities. It was close to attractions and shows but far enough away for a peaceful nights rest.”

• It was close to Silver Dollar City.
• Hard to find. Had to pay for the deluxe breakfast.

“This hotel is old. It was hot every where you went in the hotel. It was hard to find, even with our GPS system. Continental breakfast was supposed to be deluxe, but you had to pay for it. Sign on the outside of the hotel said free deluxe. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.”

• Free shuttle to Silver Dollar City was a great bonus.
• Not much to complain about.

“We had a great experience. The staff was top notch and took care of our needs. We felt like we were important. The rooms were newly remodeled and we loved the new look. My kids loved the huge indoor pool and kiddies pool while I relaxed in the Jacuzzi after a long day at Silver Dollar City.”

• Clean, quiet, no noisy housekeeping carts, loved the balcony.
• Continental breakfast was cold and not very good.

“Could probably use an extra shuttle bus. Have to travel always to eat - no nearby restaurants. Driveway could be a hazard due to heavy traffic and curved road.”

• I liked the location and the layout of the hotel.
• I found something on the sheets of one bed, and I'm not sure what it was.

“Overall the location was very close to the attractions and shows we went to see, and the hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay here every time we come.”

• Wooded view outside the small balcony. Perfect for coffee in the morning.
• Breakfast area was not laid out very efficiently.

“Unfamiliar with the Branson area, I got lost. When I called by cell phone for directions the clerks were quick to understand exactly where I was and give go, simple directions to the hotel. We got in rather late and though the hotel was full, they still had a roll away bed for one of our children. The air conditioner unit was quiet and we slept soundly. Woke early to a hot continental style breakfast and then checked out to 'see the sights in Branson. If you're visiting Silver Dollar City, this is the place to stay! My only regret is that our stay was too short to make use of the pools and game room. Overall the hotel was more than we expected for the price we paid. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thanks.”

• over all the quietness and the location among the trees is great
• not a full service restaurant on site but many close by.

“I stayed 4 nights because of proximity to Robert Henderson Ministries across the street. The room was nice and clean. AC works great. Room was very quiet even though they cater to families with kids, so close to Silver Dollar City. Game room nice, indoor pool and hot tub are a must. Overall the quality and amenities for the price was GREAT. I recommend a stay there.”
