• Full kitchen and the bed was extremely comfortable.
• We asked two maids for extra towels and the front desk, but ended up having to get them ourselves.

“This was an excellent stay for the price. Room was very clean and comfortable. The quality of the shower was amazing and the comfort of the bed was excellent. Would definitely stay here again whenever we are in town.”

• Staff could not provide driving directions to hotel.

“This was a great room for the price and was fine for a weekend. If you are truly looking for an extended-stay facility, I think the rooms are a little on the small side. For our stay, we have no complaints.”

• The price was great, easy access to hotel.
• A continental style breakfast would have been great.

• Loved the location. Employees very helpful in helping to find restaurants and local information. Appreciated that they allowed pets.
• Only issue was I do not mind paying fee for my dog but wish it was not so high.

“Clean and pleasant. Nice suites. Great location for hospitals that we were there to visit. Close to eating places. All hotels personal were pleasant and friendly.”

• I liked the full kitchen and complimentary computer in the lobby.
• Location was a little out of the way.

• Room was excellent, the staff very friendly couldnt have been better (unless it was free!).
• Loved it all! Will definitely stay there again!

• Pillows and bedding were extremely comfortable - staff was helpful, friendly - lobby was clean, beautiful - convenient location - hotel was very quiet.
• Countertops needed wiping over - bathroom no fan?

• We enjoyed a quiet, comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner not loud, kitchen great, bathroom nice.
• TV not handy to watch from bed - we werent watching anyway.

• Good location and great price.
• Suite was smaller than I expected.

“Great location; very nice suite, but smaller than I expected. Free breakfast was very skimpy. TV was only 19", very small. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

• Nice large room, suite setting was wonderful. It was very clean and the staff was nice.
• The side door electronic key entry did not work the second day. Had to go to front entrance to enter. All other keys entrances worked.

“The Hotel is very nice and clean. It was a large suite with a great kitchen area. It would have been nice to have a wine cork screw to open a wine bottle. Otherwise was well equipped.”

• The kitchenette was very nice and the suite felt clean and well taken care of.
• The hallways smelled strange, but the rooms were fine. Indoor pool inconvenient and small.

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The suites were really nice - a great place to put up your feet and relax. We figured it was a nicer place to spend time in the summer but only because of the indoor pool being in a different building (and it felt small and cramped in the indoor pool area). Great place though - would recommend it to others!”

• No waste baskets.

• Outdoor pool.
• Garbage and hair in room.

“The room was good except for the garbage was not dumped from the prior guests. There was lots of hair in the bathroom. There should be paper towels in the kitchen.”

• Liked how they had directions to area attractions printed.
• Would like a little more of breakfast option.

“Overall, had no problems with our stay. Liked access to a computer so could print out directions to where we needed to go. Plus they had sheets already printed out for local shopping, eating, churches etc. Room was clean. Would stay there again!”

• Incredible value, terrific location near the 394, comfortable beds.
• Kitchenette overhead light did not work.

“After an evening flight into MSP, we needed a place to sleep before heading 2 hours north for a wedding the next morning. The town place suites were exactly what we needed: a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to sleep.”

• It was convenient to have the kitchen area if you some time in the room. Great location.
• The continental breakfast was terrible. It only had small cheap muffins that I would not serve to anyone. If you added to that and even had real donut.

“I really liked the location and the room. The continental breakfast was terrible but I feel that could easily be improved if they would choose to do it. The entrance key would work on and off. I reported it and was told to just put your card in a few times and it will work.”
