• The staff was very attentive and interested in any comments I had. I seldom order buffalo wings but there wings were some of the best I have ever had.
• No sleep timer on the TV, no wireless, and the hallway outside the room had a cold blower going all of the time.

“I love Marriott service! They are VERY attentive! The room was comfortable but they need to get wireless and a TV remote with a sleep timer. The new LG televisions were great! The food was reasonably priced and very good.”

• Very clean room, it smelled wonderful!

• Friendly staff. Free parking. Fantastic bed!
• Some remodeling go on but it was not obtrusive.

• The location is a little awkward. It's located on a one way street system.

“Very nice hotel located in a suburban area. It's located within 5 miles of shopping and eating. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well kept. The staff was very friendly. There is a bar and eatery within the hotel that are priced like most hotels. A drink was about $6 and the Sunday brunch was $17/person. Overall, it was a wonderful place.”

“We enjoed are night away at this hotel. The bed was nice and the room was clean. The room is too small to be considered 3 1/2 star hotel. 3 star at the highest. The pooland sauna area is really fabulous.”

• The courtyard. Beautiful landscape.

“Would stay again here. Just would have been nice to get a newspaper, breakfast offered at least a free continetal. Overall, it was a very nice hotel. Bed was a bit hard but linen was wonderful.”

• The beds were beyond comfortable and clean!
• There was no refrigerator in the room. The food was pricy.

“Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The room itself was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed - down comforters and plenty of pillows! The in-hotel restaurant was good, but a little overpriced. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again!”

• Very welcoming. Everything just said, Welcome. Make yourself comfortable.

“Marriott Minnetonka is set within a Business park convenient to all western and southern Metro attractions. The public areas are bright, modern and clean. The rooms are well appointed. I especially liked the vanity and closet arrangement because I set the mirrors to use as a three-way view.”

• The food at the restaurant and the beds were awesome!
• Bathrooms needed updating. Price of brunch too much.

“I felt I had gotten a wonderful deal at the hotel. The lobby felt very warm and inviting. Also the food at your main restaurant was excellent! The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and my nephew and I really enjoyed our stay.”

• Quiet, private setting/location.
• No fan in bathroom created quite a humid, steamy environment. Room smelled like moth balls.

“This hotel is located in a business area surrounded by trees creating a nice and quiet setting. The hotel lobby is lovely and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Pool area wasn't the cleanest. The room smelled musty and like moth balls. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom and the carpet in the room didn't seem all that clean. The person at the check in desk was confused.”

• Appreciated grab bar in shower.

“I had originally asked for 3 nights (Mon-Wed), but when my travel plans changed, I wanted to stay an additional night (Sunday) and I got the room for which was convenient. I wanted one room for 4 nights and didn't want to check out and back in on Monday. Well, they didn't listen very closely. Turns out Tuesday morning I get a call from the front desk that the room is supposed to be vacant. Well, at 5:30 p.m. on Monday when I returned to the room the key card worked so how was I to know that they thought the room was vacant? They had cleaned the room and thrown away paperwork that I had left on the desk, I thought perhaps I had left it in the car so I wasn't too worried, but then I later realized that it wasn't in the car and had been disposed of by the cleaning staff. This place was fine except for the front desk staff who didn't listen closely!”

• Large, clean, modern room with excellent service, comfy bed and stellar pool area.
• Far from the Mall.

“Great place to stay with kids while still feeling like you're on an upscale vacation. Feather bed, plush robes and Bath and Body products are a well-appreciated nice touch. The front desk was one of the friendliest and most helpful we've seen. Thanks for a great stay!”

• Beds were full-size, not queen.

“I believe that you guarantee queen or king beds. The beds in this room were full-size extra long. I need a wider bed because I need to put pillows around my shoulders for bursitis. I am used to king, so full was way too narrow. I had a terrible night.”

• Loved the complimentary shampoo & lotion!
• The pool area was dirty, not cleaned from day before and room was small.

“The room was somewhat small and didn't seem the cleanest. The pool sides looked like they hadn't been cleaned in sometime and the floor in the pool area had food/hair/trash on it from the night before, it had obviously not been sprayed down, which was a concern since I was there with a young child.”

“The hotel was excellent except for the fact that there was no wireless internet and you had to pay to hookup. Loved the big screen TV in the lobby. Workout facility and pool very clean up to date and nice.”

• I have stayed at this hotel before and I really do like it. The staff is very friendly.
• My major complaint and why I rated it low in some areas is because of the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. Both of us woke up with back aches.

“I love this hotel except this time I had a bed that was really bad. Both of our backs were sore in the morning.”

• Would not pay their rack rate of $169 to stay here - was a decent deal for $45.

• Luxury hotel at affordable price.
• No continental breakfast, everything cost extra - internet, local phone calls, etc.

“Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. We were disappointed that the housekeeping staff left our room unlocked all day while we were out. Luckily, nothing was stolen. The rooms were nice, comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly. When we asked for a luggage cart though, we got the cart and bellman. Of course, that meant we had to tip him when we could have loaded everything ourselves. I guess we're not used to staying at a hotel that fancy!”

• Room service food. We ordered a pizza. Crust was doughy, undercooked.

• We had a 3 night stay over the 3rd weekend in October. The view from the 16th floor was breathtaking of the fall colors and gorgeous flowers.
• The only shortfall was the size of the vanity in bath area is too small room 1609.

“Fantastic stay! My son in law is with cardinal Ig Corp and this is where their corporate travelers stay when visiting the St. Louis park, MN facility. My little granddaughter came over to swim the morning w checked out and we all enjoyed that too. Will definitely book here again when there is a large family gathering.”

• We really thought the bedding was wonderful!
• We ended up with a room for the handicapped no bathtub.

“Overall, it was a very nice hotel. It was clean and the lobby was elegant. The bedding and bed were so comfortable. We would have liked to have had a bathtub we wanted a king sized bed and the only room that was available that had that, was one for the handicapped.”

• The hotel room was immaculately clean, beds were so comfortable with down comforters, staff was always accommodating, and check-out is 12:00.
• No table or chairs to sit on the balcony.

“Beautiful hotel with a lovely location - easy walk to all the attractions, we even took the city bus from the airport for $6.00 for 2 adults and 2 children and there was a bus stop right across the street from the hotel.”
