• Staff was friendly and hotel immaculate, coffee hot.
• Nothing, everything was perfect.

“Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Immaculate and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the towels plush. The beds were comfy and we even got a roll away for no extra cost and the rollway was extremely comfortable. Excellent stay, close to everything and extremely easy to find. 5 star rating!”

• It was very clean, private and a newer hotel.
• The whirlpool was a little hot.

“I would stay here again for sure. The guy who checked me in was one of the nicest hotel people I have ever talked with and he made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel was so clean and quiet that it was great for the whole family.”

• Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location.
• Weekends have limited restaurant hours and the lounge is closed all weekend.

• Good computers in lobby. Very nice decor. Great value!
• Also, a stale smell in the room at first.

• Wasn't treated to same amenities as guests who booked directly.

“Courtyard's website states free breakfast every weekend through the summer months, however, when we were billed $42.95 (4 people for breakfast buffet). We were quite upset considering we were under the assumption breakfast was free. We would have eaten somewhere else. (We had 4 rooms).”

• I enjoyed the cleanliness and prompt service.
• I would have liked a continental breakfast.

“The hotel was great. We enjoyed our room, which had a king bed and couch. The bathroom was separate from the vanity, and they also had an extra space opposite of the vanity that provided more counter space. Overall, we were quite impressed with the quality since it cost so little.”

• Some Prices for Different Things were Not Advertised. Found out the hard way!

“This hotel was in a very convenient location. Staff was super friendly, the food was great, the amenities rocked, and I loved the pool and how late it was open! Cable channels were good and the wireless internet helped a lot for pulling up maps around the area!”

• There weren't people in the pool very often, that made us enjoy it more.
• We only had 1 TV. The girls wanted to watch something different than the boys.

• The location, staff and quality allowed for a very safe atmosphere.
• No room service on weekends.

• A little tough to get to but if you pay attention its a finch.

“Nice accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, close to airport and EP Mall. Lots of places to eat nearby but you'll have to drive to them. Fresh chocolate cookies at the desk when you check in.”

• Very comfortable, clean, blazingly fast check in and out, balcony and easy freeway access.
• Not much. Air could be humidified. Easier to drive to front desk then walk.

“Very comfortable and clean. Beds were wonderful and hard to get out of. Everything went perfectly and definitely met my expectations. There is a large grocery right next door along with mid priced restaurant and coffee shop. The hotel is located right at interchange of several freeways making getting anywhere pretty easy.”

• Too hard to find, exits not marked. It took me an extra 25 minutes to find it driving back and forth past the exit.

• Bathroom extremely austere.

• The ground floor room letting out onto the very pleasant courtyard was a treat.
• It was difficult to find from the main highway.

• It was a clean inside and outside the hotel, the staff was helpful
• HBO was not working and they sent an unqualified person to fix it

“For the price we paid this is an excellent hotel. It is clean inside and outside. It is located at the intercetion of a major highway so it makes it easy to travel and keep appointment accross the city.”

“This Hotel is rated as a **1/2 star Hotel, however,it was much better than it's rating. The rooms were clean and appealing, the front desk staff were friendly and more helpful then we could have hoped, giving printed directions to anywhere we needed to go. The outside courtyard was beautiful. I would highly recommend this Hotel!!”

• We had a very relaxing time in the pool and hot tub
• It served our purpose just fine

“It was quiet, and had a beautiful courtyard. We came to the Courtyard Marriott about eight in the evening, went for a swim, and left about nine in the morning. We didn't have a chance to explore, but we did notice a very large workout room.”

“We were very satisfied with our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Eden Prairie,MN. The staff at the front desk was very helpful in directing a member of our party to the hotel by cell phone when they got lost. The road construction on 494 made it difficult in finding the right exits, but it was not a problem after that. Nice rooms, friendly staff,great pool & hot tub. Not quite as upscale as some of the other Courtyards by Marriott, but for our business trip it was great.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms were clean and good sized. Staff made sure our children's room was close to ours, we got nonsmoking, like we requested. It was a great place and we are likely to go back.Thanks!”
