• The hotel was clean with modern conveniences, including a computer access room.
• The clothes iron didn't work well and the bathroom is a bit on the small side.

“Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean and modern. The room was large with separated sleeping and recreation areas. The bed was comfortable, and the free continental breakfast was reasonable.”

• Very spacious.
• The bathroom sink open to view from the bed and the light there was too bright. The fan and light in the bathroom are connected together noisy.

“This is one of the most convenient locations in the Twin Cities. It seemed to have move amenities than the Marriott Courtyard. I was welcomed to the breakfast area with a good array of offerings though no English muffins or hot food. I liked the rolling luggage carrier available at the door. The sitting area was almost too big. Refrigerator and wet bar nice addition. Comfortable furniture and great TV.”

  no microwave. We like to make popcorn in the evening and there was none in the hotel!

• My sheets had
  dirty stains on them, it wasn't what I expected since the entire room was clean.

“The majority of the hotel was clean and smelled really good when you walked in the front doors. The breakfast wasn't good and I had tiny
dirty stains on the edge of my sheets. That part was gross but everything else was clean.”

• The unique couch and ottoman - very original, useful and functional.
• Needs an in room microwave. Very difficult to find entry/driveway into hotel, not easy for out of town travelers.

• Only had king beds and sofa sleepers.

• The room was awesome. We liked the layout & TV.
• Nothing we didn't like.

• The hot tub, small towels in pool area, pull out bed was lumpy, no microwave.

“I enjoyed my stay, it was conveniently located, for business and shopping, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. I would have enjoyed relaxing in a hot tub is my only complain.”

• The hotel was very clean.
• You can hear traffic from the interstate from some rooms.

“The hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff was great. The noise from the interstate wasn't too noticeable but was you could hear on the side of the hotel closest to the road. Also, the beds were very comfortable.”

• Great newly remodeled rooms and 42" plasma TV.
• Stayed with 2 kids, worried they'd leave a stain on new carpet.

“Great place for quick overnight stopover. Hotel is newly remodeled, rooms are great. Insulation from noise is only average and door slamming can be loud, but this is the only drawback. Helpful staff, gave me 4 menus for ordering in food for the evening. I'd love to stay here again on my way through Minneapolis.”

• Great self-service breakfast setup, spacious and eye-catching room designs, helpful lobby staff.
• Maids turned on all lights and AC when they cleaned and did not turn them off.

• The bed was wonderful great night sleep.
• Some of the other guests are a tad snooty.

“The hotel was recently converted to a Hyatt Place and everything is pristine in condition. The breakfast features fresh fruit and other items found in a usual continental breakfast. The room layout is very inviting and we especially enjoyed the large flat screen TV.”

• Comfort, flat-screen TV, friendly and helpful desk clerks.
• The continental breakfast was very sparse, and the breakfast ordered through the food service was so-so.

“The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sectional sofa, two comfy beds, flat-screen TV, bar area, fridge, big sink area. My only complaint about the room is that there was no chair near the window, so in the morning I had to read in the darker area of the room. The food service is mediocre. Continental breakfast was just a few cereals and some bins of white bread, white bagels and white English muffins. How about some whole grains? The egg dish I ordered through the food service was only ok. The food service offers only egg dishes, soups and salads, and a few sandwiches. Beer and wine are available, but I was in the mood for a martini and a more substantial meal, so I had to leave the premises. The desk clerks were great. Very friendly and helpful with directions.”

• Nice location, clean rooms, large flat screen TV.
• I would have preferred a room with one queen bed, not two full size beds. The full size beds were not comfortable and too small for an adult couple.

“Overall a nice place to stay. Again, I wish we would have been able to know whether the room had two full size beds for one queen. That would have made our experience much nicer because my wife and I didn't sleep well in the same bed and we are not large people! The bed sagged in the middle as well.”

• No microwave.

“Great for business travelers or leisure travelers needing a lay-over near Minn-St. Paul. The room was big, the bed was extremely comfortable, the TV was huge and NEW, and the check-in was fast and friendly. No real restaurant on-site, but lots close by. Nice pool. Located right off the highway, be hard to actually get to because of intersection of 3 different highways and 4 roads. Get specific directions! You'll be able to see it, but it's not easy to drive to. No views - lots of parking lots and malls.”

• Probably the least thing was the location because of the things I had going on.

“I was there with 2 small grandchildren and 2 daughters. The staff was great to the little girls. They had a great space to play. The pool was great. We all really enjoyed our time there. It was clean and comfortable. Great place.”

• Always thought the elevators in this hotel were painfully slow.

“This is a former Ameri-Suites franchise hotel. We have stayed there many times before the Hyatt bought the franchise. How nice to find an old friend with a fresh look, great staff, and great price. The rooms are fantastic, the TV's great, and the bed was very comfortable. Great experience.”

“Possibly the nicest room Ive ever stayed in other than at a resort hotel. Great value and great people. I'll be writing a letter to Hyatt telling them that this general manager has the best hiring skills Ive seen. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.”

• The Hyatt was perfect for business as I had free wireless, free breakfast and a nice lobby to meet in.
• Coffee in room was not great.

• It is upgraded and modern.
• The food was pre-prepared and seemed to be microwave hot.

“This is a remodeled AmeriSuites hotel with flat screen TV's and very contemporary/modern design. The design is great and most the staff are very friendly. The food is marginal. Most everything seems to have been frozen and then micro waved and service was very slow. The pool is a little chilly and there is no hot tub.”
