• Nice room and kitchen.
• Located in a convoluted (streets) suburban area.

“As usual Marriott does a super job. The room was a suite with kitchen. The usual blinds did not really make the room dark because of the outside lights on all night - so I had to use my night blackout eye patch and ear plugs as this place is not quite as soundproof as would be optimal.”

• Excellent breakfast, large room.
• Front desk staff not friendly or efficient.

“We had two separate nights and we had trouble with the front desk staff keeping us in the same room and deactivating our keys. Generally they were not very accommoadating. The breakfast was excellent and the room was large and clean with very nice towels.”

“During our stay at the Eden prairie residence inn the weather was extremely cold (-12). Ground floor rooms were freezing. My wife and I ended up putting our child in bed with us. I'll avoid this hotel in the future, especially when the weather is cold.”

• The size and comfort of the room was great. Easy access to highways, shopping, and entertainment venues.
• The only thing that was missing was an onsite restaurant/lounge.

“The hotel was an excellent value. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was like having your own efficiency apartment. I would recommended this to friends, family, and colleagues.”

“I am pursuing a refund or credit due to the very unpleasant experience of an ice cold shower. A Marriott brand hotel should not have issues like this.”

• The room was so well furnished.
• The staff was not helpful at all.

“The hotel is so conveniently located to many attractions. The room is extremely well furnished for long term stays, but also has extra touches to make everyone feel special. All of the staff we dealt with did not want to be bothered by customers which tainted our total experience.”

• The suites with a fireplace and wireless internet.
• Wallpaper was falling off in the bathtub area.

“This hotel is very nice for the star level. The price we got was great. The real fireplace was very romantic and warming. We were able to drive directly up to our patio door for easy access. The suite provided everything and was set up very well.”

• The free internet access and computer provided.
• It is a little difficult to get to.

“This is our second stay in this hotel and we think it is the best deal we have ever gotten. While it isn't fancy, the rooms are very large and even have fireplaces. There is a free breakfast and free evening snacks during the week. What more can you ask?”

“This hotel offered a great location and a very quiet and private room. The studio was well equipped and well furnished. Clean, good furnace, and staff was able to get us in right away so we could be ready for our event. I would certainly recommend to someone who needed a place for several days and prefers to eat in and/or cook for themselves. Breakfast served in the lobby was generous and good variety.”

“Located right on the freeway, relatively close to everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was hot and of high quality with a wide variety of offerings. Rooms were large, well laid out, clean and excellently set-up with a kitchenette and work area. Very quiet. Would be superior for a business traveler. Excellent exercise area.”

• I liked the size of the room, the kitchen, the breakfast buffet in the morning.
• No smoking room smelled slightly smoky, no indoor pool.

“When I called to request a no-smoking room, they were accommodating. The room was very nice-I liked that all rooms were kitchen suites. The kids were sad that the pool was closed (outdoor). An indoor pool and/or whirlpool would have been nice. VERY NICE hotel and very friendly staff. Awesome free breakfast.”

• Hot breakfast; parking near room; spacious, clean accommodations with ambiance and comfortable duvet covered bed & great shower !
• A night light in bathroom would be appreciated.

“Though difficult to find late at night, the welcome (including a mini snack "store") was appreciated as was the delivery of what we'd requested: a room near parking and the office/breakfast site. Comfortable, clean and quiet. though just off the freeway. Even a bb court for kids. and an all night exercise room. the pool (outside) was closed, with nights at 50 degrees. A variety of hot items for breakfast and tasty sausage were appealing in the handsome breakfast room with a large TV, newspaper, and courteous staff! Didn't use the fireplace, but it felt welcoming, and the studio kitchen with opportunities to have groceries delivered was a great discovery, though we didn't use that service.”

• Outdoor pool in September.

“Excellent hotel, non smoking suite with a very well stocked continental breakfast that was every bit as good as going to a restaurant. The pool was close to our room and there was a BIG sandbox with lots of toys.”

• Bent over backwards to find us a place to stay.
• Did not have everything they said they did at check-in.

“We did not actually stay at this hotel- when we got there, they were out of nonsmoking rooms. First, they gave us a smoking room with the promise that they would bring an air ionizer over. When it didn't arrive, I went to the office and was told that they didn't have their ionizer. Instead, they moved us over to another nearby Marriott property. Slightly less luxurious finishes and such, but we got a non-smoking room that actually better met our needs as a family of six with children from infancy to teen.”

• They would only give us a room with one bed. I needed two for medical reasons.

“I was told that because of the amount I paid, we could only have a room with one queen style bed. I have a medical condition which makes my rest comfortable by sleeping by myself. The linens in this facility were very wrinkled and the room looked very used & worn. This hotel was the most unpleasant. I was not pleased with this accommodation.”

“The location of the hotel just off I 494 was very convenient. The pool and basketball/volleyball court was great for kids/family. The rooms were adequately clean, but felt very damp and musty even with the air conditioner running which made the room unpleasant and uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was good.”

• The Suite style and Work station/Kitchen Table GREAT.
• At first given a room not cleaned, and took long time for different room.

“Location great, Pool Nice surprise for business style setting. Fabulous Breakfast Buffet. That was worth the stay alone. AC excellent and quiet. Separate Bath Dressing Counter appreciated. Full kitchen great, House Popcorn the Best. Highly recommend This Motel Hotel, Would be an excellent long term stay for business/leisure. Very much a surprise but being a Sunday night stay this is more likely to happen.”

• Spacious room, kitchen amenities, street entrance, excellent continental breakfast.
• There is nothing I didn't like about this motel.

“A unique villa like motel that has multiple small buildings with on the street entrances. Spacious rooms that includes a comfortable sleeping area, TV lounge, kitchen/office space and a private dressing area. The visit includes the use of an outdoor swimming pool and a generous continental breakfast.”

• It had a kitchen in each room, was roomy, and had a continental breakfast.
• It had it's own water heater, so when the hot water was out, it was out for 30 min. It was also a bit damp in the room.

“Very nice and lots to do if we could have stayed longer. It seemed like a resort you would find in a warmer climate with the access to the room from the outside.”
