“I have stayed at this hotel for several years first as a raddison then a ramada and now a sheratan. the new management and upgrades are great. the new bed is super. it is one of the best i have stayed at including the sangrala in bangkock”

• The decor was soothing and tasteful, the furnishings first rate.
• No airport shuttle

“The Sheraton West is just the sort of hotel we were hoping would welcome us after a long, tiring overseas flight. I hope to stay there again and will recommend it highly to family and friends.”

• Cost $1.00 per local call from room, including 800 #'s

“Very nice hotel. When you stay in an upscale hotel you pay for anything extra that you might get included in a cheaper hotel. All local calls including 800 #'s cost $1.00 per call, and there is no continental breakfast.”

• It was a wonderfully quiet location!
• There was no continental breakfast available although mentioned on their web site

“Our stay at the Sheraton Minneapolis West in Minnetonka was a very pleasant weekend. It was very nice and no noise that bothered us. It lived up to our expectations and beyond. It was great.”

“The Sheraton Minneapolis West fully met our expectations. Upon arrival we needed an early check-in because of an afternoon wedding. The desk clerk was very pleasant and contacted housekeeping and within a few minutes we had been given the key to our room. The room itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable right down to the feather pillows! We would definitely hope to stay at this hotel again.”

“It was a very nice place, however they put us into a room with only one bed and there were two of us staying in the room. They brought us a cot and everything worked out just fine!”
