• Very clean, good location, nice service, well worth the money.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“Although a bit further from the area than I was hoping, the hotel had a good location, close to restaurants and grocery stores as well as a major highway. The service was quite friendly. The room was more than adequate and my stay was quite enjoyable. I will attempt to book this hotel again if I need such lodging in the area.”

• At the end of a dark street, poorly lit area.

“This hotel has no housekeeping if you are staying more than a day, no pool, no internet, no breakfast, it does have a stove, kitchen area though.”

• Confusing directions. No ice machine and pool.

“It was a nice place, and easy to see from the freeway, but we got seriously lost trying to get to it. I called ahead and informed the staff that I was accompanied by my wife and 2 children. They forgot to allocate at 2 double bed room for us and eventually gave us 2 single rooms for the same price. The process was inconvenient, but we all enjoyed having two rooms for one family.”

• It was clean, well kept; quiet, easy to find, and good location.
• Like every hotel we've stayed at only one easy chair and cleaners do not look under crevices in tub for mold.

“We were in town for family obligations and were at the hotel just to sleep. It was nice and quiet with room to move around in the room. It was short distance to eating and shopping.”

“We just needed a night to stay. We returned a student to the airport. Just wanted a room to sleep overnight. The room was adequate and nice. Need cooking utensils besides forks and knives.”

• Staff had promised non-smoking room but only smoking available. Staff was argumentative and challenged me when I mentioned this.

“Clean and secure hotel with kitchenette in every room. Simple soap provided, and no other toiletries. Be sure to get staff name if they promise a non-smoking room.”

• I liked that the rooms had kitchenettes.
• Refrigerator leaked water and the general maintenance of the property was lacking. Room was left unlock one day by the cleaning staff.

“The hotel just didn't seem to be well maintained. It was adequate for our stay, but in the future I would stay away from this hotel chain.”

“A good hotel for business travelers and fine for what we needed on this trip. Other features would have been nice, but we knew what we were getting for a 2 star and hotel rooms generally seemed to be fairly expensive in MSP.”

• Easy highway access, comfortable bed, kitchenette.
• A/C very noisy; cockroach in room, no Internet access.

“I did not have great expectations for this modest 2-star hotel. The kitchenette offered a lot of convenience, the room was basically clean, but not 100%. Beds were not made daily by staff, and bathroom did not include toothpaste, which is very important with new FAA rules. All in all, it was a pleasant place for the money. Staff was friendly.”

• A bit tattered. A couple things needed repair

“Good location and a good price. One room needed some repairs. A seam in the upholstery of a chair had let go. It looked like it had been that way a while. There was a small bit of garbage in the can from the previous guest. Neither was an issue, but those are things they should take care of. Of the things that are important to me, (shower that doesn't go cold and reasonably quiet) they did fine.”

• Convenient wife hookup.
• Not enough flatware, no glasses provided. Bathroom needs cosmetic repair.

“This hotel is just off Highway 494, and therefore very convenient. It is also close to the Eden Prairie shopping area, shops, restaurants. The front office staff was very friendly, bringing us requested items pronto. Room provided good serviceable stay, basic kitchen.”

• Trash in room. Junk substance on headboard and floor.

“Friendly staff. good location to restaurants and freeway. rooms were the dirtiest of any hotel I have stayed in. 3 of the 4 rooms I rented had trash or spills that were not cleaned up. I assume this was mess from prior guest.”

• The kitchen in the room was a good feature.
• Beds were awful, the room was not clean, the internet was slow.

“The location is fine for those doing long term business in Eden Prairie. It is relatively hard to find if one does not know the area. Our room smelled of mildew, the hallways smelled of whatever was being cooked in their rooms, there was a mildew smell from the air conditioning, and the beds were awful. We had problems with the toilet, and being that is was a Saturday, they gave us extra towels, and told us that they didn't have anyone to fix it until Monday. Basically, I thought we got what we paid for. I didn't complain to the staff because of the price we paid. It wasn't worth more than the price that was accepted.”

“Good value for age and location of property. Staff were very helpful when a problem occurred. Unfortunately the building must be of wood frame construction as noise travels from the suite above and the air driven toilets can be heard from suites on either side.”

• Cockroaches in microwave, Air conditioner would not stay on.

“Room was nice staff left something to be desired. air did not work correctly, I reported it, said it would be fixed, 3 days it wasn't. Saw a cockroach in the Microwave motor part. reported it, she said wish would have told us right away, I said, only an hour ago. took my name and address, what for I do not know. Next time I will try to avoid Extended stays, now two bad experiences.”

• It had a nice kitchen area for the price.
• It had bugs crawling around on the ceiling and bed.

“The electrical power went off at this hotel due to a snowstorm, no back-up system. Therefore the shower had cold water. There were no non-smoking rooms so we had to pay extra $10 per night. Hotel manager did reimburse us for that upon check-out which was nice. Would have been good value for the money had there been no power outage.”

“1st problem was that the gal at the desk said I had to pay 3.99 fee for internet when I was using dial up. This made no sence to me but she said everyone has to pay. I called my internet company and they said this made no sence either, so she did take it off. 2nd I had this billing problem listed in question 8. This made me look bad to my bank.”

“We had four rooms, one had a terrible smell, they gave us a bottle of spray to spray ourselves. It seemed as though you had to sweet talk the staff to get extra towels. We were there for a tournament, so we had boys showering. If the staff would have been more courteous a lot of things could have been overlooked. There wasn't even a lobby restroom.Would not recommend this room to our worst enemies. ”

• It was nice to have the kitchen area in the room.
• We were expecting 2 beds but there was only one.

“The location was good, it was close to where we needed to be. We were expecting to have 2 beds in our room and to have a little room to move around. It was tight quarters. My parents also stayed and they had a bigger room and were quite comfortable. We also have had good luck with getting hotels with swimming pools but this one did not have. Overall, I would not stay at this motel again.”

• too small, one bar of small soap, no housekeeping

“we were lead to believe that we could get differ bed type, this is not what we signed up for, not so. the room was extremely small and no housekeeping so same towels not fresh ones, had to buy everything if needed something, like coffee for maker after one that was given, only one bar of soap (very small) for tub and sink, would not recommend this hotel.”

• The kitchenette was well stocked, the room/bath was larger than expected.
• The window was hard to open and close.

“One cannot complain about the price per night on this beautifully spacious kitchenette room. The hotel is right off one of the main hwys. Eden Prairie has two(2) grocery store's to assist the the hotel guest to perpare meal's in there kitchenette room. If you don't feel like cooking then just pick one of the many resturant's that fit's your craving and buget.As you return to your hotel remember to use there elevator to go to your room to maybe watch some tv or to get a splened night's sleep. Sleep Tight!”
