• location and price
• our window was by parking lot with semis running all night

“I would stay here again, the room was fine, good location from Des Moines. You could tell it was an older hotel but for the price was very happy with it.”

• The hotel staff was on drugs and extremely rude.

• The room itself was clean and well kept.
• Facilities needed to be updated and staff was just okay.

“The hotel was just okay. The room itself was clean, but the facilities were dated. The hot tub had no hot water, the staff was less than friendly.”

• It was quiet and easy to access.
• Breakfast was very minimal.

• Hot tub... Jets not very stimulating... Water bubbled upward.
