• Nice facilities (pool, etc.) for the money.
• Nothing this time. In the past their ice machine was broken.

“The hotel is easily accessible to the airport and major thoroughfares. The free breakfast, swimming pool, lobby computer, etc., were a great value for the money.”

• Fire alarm sounded 3 different times.

• Very friendly/close to where we wanted to be/quiet.
• Noisy air conditioner.

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good value for the money. We were close to the attractions we came to Des Moines for. It was very quiet for being right across the street from the airport. We were afraid it would be noisy, but we didn't even hear the planes.”

• Good location, room was spacious, didn't hear the airport at all.
• The air conditioner was incredibly loud, and kept us up at night.

“For the price, this hotel was a good value. It's next to the airport, but we didn't hear airplanes at all. It's also off a major road, and we didn't get any traffic noise either. Parking was an issue, as there were no spaces available when we came back that night later. If they expand the parking lot, that would be helpful. Also, the air conditioner was really loud when it kicked in, and kept us awake at night, which was frustrating.”

• No coffee pot in room. Could have been cleaner.

• This hotel is right next to the des Moines airport, yet it was still very quiet.
• Fruit was not a choice with the great start breakfast.

“This motel is clean, the staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs to the downtown area.”
