• Very convenient in relation to the casinos.
• No shuttle service.

• Check in was very easy and the staff at check in were friendly.
• We left the room at 11:00 for several hours upon return the room still had not been cleaned and we had to ask to have it freshened up.

“The hotel was a little out of the way but not bad. The check in went smooth the breakfast was adequate. The room service was poor and we had to ask the front desk to have the room cleaned. One of the staff was not helpful at all. The second person at the front desk assured us the room would be freshened up and it was adequately freshened.”

• Convenient locale, clean, nice breakfast.
• Quite pricey!

• Nice appearance lobby area.
• Smoking room.

“During the stay we requested to have a non smoking room we did not realize that had booked a "smoking" room. When we advised the staff they informed us that they would not be able to move us and that they would "spray" the room to get out the odor. We got back and the room still smelled of smoke and I awoke with an awful headache. It was not a good stay and they did not solve my complaint.”

• The staff was excellent and the appearance was better than expected.
• The choice of foods for breakfast left a lot to be desired & the entrance was confusing.

“I would recommend the hotel to anyone for R&B or business.”

• The staff was very friendly, check-in was very efficient and easy, and hotel was clean and comfortable.
• The location of the hotel (next to a night club), and the street sign was very difficult to see.

“This hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, I would stay at this hotel again as it was very easy to get to many attractions in the city.”
