• Staff were fabulous and the suite was attractive and spacious.
• The pillows were not big and fluffy. No phone book. TV stand should have a turntable top.

“Residence Inn in Bossier City is a step above other area motels and better than other suite hotels at which I have stayed. It was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The staff was definitely top drawer.”

• The room was amazing, the comfort level was great!
• No ice machines they have icemakers in rooms but it was slow to make ice.

“I would definitely recommend Residence Inn Bossier City to my friends. It was comfortable and clean. The rooms are decorated nicely. They did a good job on the decor.”

• Quality linens, grounds felt homey not like a motel.
• The location was ok - right by the highway - but not bad.

“I was so impressed with the quality of the property. It looks like it was a nice apartment complex that has turned into a motel. It felt very friendly - the guests as well as the staff. They happily extended our check out on the last day an extra hour. My son had his own bed on the pull out & we got our own bed! And our room did have a fireplace - it was so nice!”

• Townhouse style exterior with extended stay amenities (full kitchen).
• Queen sized bed too small for two adults to sleep comfortably.

• Clean and pretty room. Everything in working order. Friendly.
• Very close to highway, rooms in front may be noisy.

• Great amenities, great layout, private.
• Small room.

“This hotel looks like it was converted from a small apt complex, and it was done very well. The grounds are kept nice and clean and the rooms are very clean and full of convenience items such as iron/ironing board, full kitchens, fridge, dishwasher, desk with internet connection, etc. Our room even had a fireplace. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location too, just 5 minutes from the Shreveport Boardwalk and Red River District, as well as all of the major casinos. ”

• The outer appearance is very nice and well kept.
• Dirty glass by the bathroom sink. Some light bulbs needed replacing. Broken alarm clock.

“This room did not appear clean. The bed was made but I 'm not even sure the sheets were fresh. There was still food in the refrigerator from the last occupant. There was a glass left by the bathroom sink and the dishwasher had not finished its load. There was water all in the bottom of the unit. I think it had been stopped. I asked the front desk to replace a light bulb by the bed and they never did. The alarm clock was missing the battery cover and kept falling out and the clock had not been updated from daylights savings time. The staff was friendly but never followed through with their promises.”

• Only one room had fire place. We expected both to have one. Front desk would not switch to another room.

“When we discovered only one room had the fireplace and called the front desk, they would not change our room to get a fire place nor would they do anything to make it up to us. Was very disappointed. Other than that, everything was great.”

• Loved that the room came with a fully equipped kitchen!
• The bed was not very comfortable.

“Great central location, close to casinos. Room was very clean and the fully equipped kitchen was a nice bonus. The bed could have been more comfortable though, it was way too soft. There is also railroad tracks close by and trains went through all night long.”

• Water was $3 in the fridge.

• The hotel room had a kitchen and fireplace.
• The water heater did not work-there was no hot water.

“Although the hotel room was pleasing and there was a complimentary hot breakfast, the water heater in our room did not work. The Residence Inn was completely full, so we had to move to completely different hotel. Although the Residence Inn paid for the room at the second hotel, it did not have a working pool/spa. We were not satisfied with the solution given.”

• The complimentary breakfast was lovely with some nutritious choices.
• The feather pillows hurt my neck badly, and there were no non-smoking rooms available.

• It was a good price to pay for a suite.
• It wasn't located in the safest of neighborhoods.

“It was your basic Residence Inn located a short distance off I20 in Bossier City, LA. The staff was quite courteous. The room included a queen size bed, a pull-out sofa and a fully equipped kitchen.”

• Water spout was broken. Taken 45 min. for them to come. We had to use wrench to turn on water.

“They knew the water controls were broken. They said they had been fighting them and would need to tear out the wall to correctly fix. We had to wait 45 min. while they called someone in from home. Then we had to use a wrench to control the water.”
