• Location.
• Loud TV or radio in room next door from 2 is.

“Night shift staffs no help with loud noise next door. Overall appearance is ok and location is good. Room crowded with too much furniture for space, including a large office chair in kitchen area.”

• I left my purse and called and they found returned it w/o anything missing.
• Water was $3 in the fridge.

“This place is so nice and clean. Wish we would have used the fireplace. Will stay again.”

• Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

• Staff was very helpful and friendly.
• A hole in the wall near the fridge made me uneasy.

“hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good. I was nervous about stay in Shreveport, but security and other guest made my stay enjoyable. I would like to come back to this hotel one day.”

• The hotel room had a kitchen and fireplace.
• The water heater did not work-there was no hot water.

“Although the hotel room was pleasing and there was a complimentary hot breakfast, the water heater in our room did not work. The Residence Inn was completely full, so we had to move to completely different hotel. Although the Residence Inn paid for the room at the second hotel, it did not have a working pool/spa. We were not satisfied with the solution given.”

• The complimentary breakfast was lovely with some nutritious choices.
• The feather pillows hurt my neck badly, and there were no non-smoking rooms available.

“Other than the smoke smell in the room and the feather pillows, this hotel was clean, spacious and lovely with great amenities.”

• It was a good price to pay for a suite.
• It wasn't located in the safest of neighborhoods.

“It was your basic Residence Inn located a short distance off I20 in Bossier City, LA. The staff was quite courteous. The room included a queen size bed, a pull-out sofa and a fully equipped kitchen.”

• Water spout was broken. Taken 45 min. for them to come. We had to use wrench to turn on water.

“They knew the water controls were broken. They said they had been fighting them and would need to tear out the wall to correctly fix. We had to wait 45 min. while they called someone in from home. Then we had to use a wrench to control the water.”
