• I don't believe I contracted any diseases.
• None if you are into dirty and worn out.

“Spent a couple of weeks - housekeeping well below standard, if room was mopped at all it smelled like dirty bleach water for the rest of the day - room service dishes are left in hallways 24 for hours, in one case for two days - pool was filthy, used towels were not picked up for 4 days and counting, were still there when I left, pool furniture is cheap, worn out and broken - many more reasons to complain - it's a run down, poorly managed property.”

• Very helpful and polite staff.
• Resturant was to pricey and not kid friendly.

“Very nice. Just a little hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. Lots of good places to eat and shop nearby. Didn't like the restaurant at all. To expensive and not kid friendly.”

• Very polite and helpful staff, the room was comfortable and clean.

“Very polite and helpful staff, the room was comfortable and clean. Our stay was relaxing and quite with a very good breakfast. The hotel was a 5 minute drive to the century's center. The desk clerks gave us good advice on how to get there, the time we should leave, where to park and what to be careful of when leaving the concert.”

• I liked the staff
• It was under construction plus the maids hadnt cleaned hallways from room service

“The hotel "rooms" were nice. The staff was great..But some cable channels didnt work..And the hallways were a complete turn off..Bedspreads..plates-trays , silverware..etc outside of doors of rooms..Very distasful for guest in my opinon..But for the price I wont really complain..”

“The hotel was an older hotel with mold growing in the bathroom and the wallpaper was falling and had mold on it as well.”

“The website said the hotel was pet-friendly, but at check-in I was informed that it was absolutely not. However, after much pleading the management conceded. I discovered at least two other rooms on my floor had barking dogs in them. Apparently there are many concessions made, but if this is not a pet-friendly property, please remove that from the website. Also, the hallways were very warm in this hotel, which I stayed in during the summertime. Additionally, the elevators were filthy. The sheets were clean, however, and the AC in the room worked great.”
