“The room and staff were very nice, but the hotel from the outside looks really cheap. When we were there the hotel was going under renovations, the stair up to our room and electrical cords running down them, and drywall flakes all over the floor. But besides that, I come back to them.” Apr 2, 2008 by
Frank from Homosassa, FL
“It was terrible. Front door to lobby was cluttered with building materials. Lobby/check area was in total disarray. Old appliances and scrap material littered 3 sides of the building. Boxes of ripped up tile/ scrap carpet blocked the only usable staircase landing to stairs. Bathroom had a blood spot in front of toilet. Sawdust covered my car. There were nail clippings under the bedspread and on top of the blanket. I would not stay there again nor use your service again The whole thing was bad.” Jan 10, 2007 by

“The owner/manager is dreadfully slow and doesn't seem at all concerned with making the stay enjoyable.” Dec 16, 2006 by

“Ordinarily, this hotel would have been a decent place to stay. The room was in decent shape, so if all you need is a roof over your head, it will be sufficient for you. However, their computer system had been down all day, so they did not have my reservation on hand. The man at the desk only spoke broken English and couldn't understand. The owner was too occupied with personal business on the phone to deal with the problem, leaving me (the only customer in the lobby) to wait for 30 minutes. I tried to access the internet on the lobby computers to pull up my reservation, but the internet access was also down. I was assured that it wasn't, but repeated attempts to access the internet were unsuccessful. As a business traveler, internet access is key for checking in with the company. I was assured that internet access was up and working in the rooms as well not true. As for the continental breakfast in the morning, the fruit was on the verge of spoiling, as was the juice. It was obviously recycled over and over again, when it should have been thrown out. I will pay plenty more to stay at any other hotel in Warrensburg next time. I will not stay here again.” Dec 6, 2006 by

“Good for the money. Other guests made it tough to sleep, but the hotel can't be entirely blamed for their behavior. Staff was very helpful.” Oct 25, 2006 by

“I had trouble locating the hotel. The sign lights were burnt out and it was difficult to see the hotel in the dark. When I arrived they had a problem finding my reservation. First thing they told me was the phone service was not working. I asked if they had wireless internet, they said yes but I could never get connected. My reservation was for a queen size bed, I got two regular size beds in my room. Half of the light bulbs were burnt out. The desk lap where I was supposed to plug in my computer was not even plugged into the wall and the electrical plate was behind the large TV cabinet and impossible to move or reach to plug in the lamp. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was a joke. Coffee, juice, apples, oranges and some sandwich bread with a toaster. I would never stay at this hotel again. I would even think twice before staying at this chain of hotels.” Hotel Representatives:
