• Very friendly and helpful staff.
• Room had a musty moldy smell.

“The availability of a fitness room was not mentioned. Over all the hotel met our expectations. The bed near the window was very lumpy.”

• Nice looking clean place with good heated pool.
• Service for breakfast was very slow.

“It was a good stay. The hotel was nice looking with nice facilities. Great access to Downtown. If youre on a schedule add an extra 45 minutes cause it takes forever to get breakfast.”

• It was located next to our area of interest.
• The heater in the room stoped working after the first night.

“The hotel staff was extremely friendly and eager to help. The location of the hotel to ur destination was perfect. It was the off season but this was not reflected by the actions of the staff.”

• Interior decor didn't have a very "home-y" feel.

• Convenient location.
• The free breakfast is very poor even if you add the $2.99 for the buffet it's not worth it. The heater was not good at all.

• The hot tub was sensational. The staff was extremely courteous.
• The mattress was uncomfortable and could have been replaced. A Laundromat on the premises would be appreciated.

“The motel was conveniently located. The staff was helpful and courteous. The pool area and hot tub was clean and nice. The area felt safe and secure. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The AC was very cold. The experience was enjoyable and I will return.”

• It' convenient location and the breakfast included. Most of the staff was very friendly.
• The cashier/hostess at the restaurant. She seemed to be put out, especially by children.

“I had a great experience at this hotel. It was not particularly upscale but it was clean and comfortable. I was staying with my 15, 13, 10, and 5 yr. Old sons and they all had a great time too. It was very convenient to everything we did and it didn't break the bank to stay there. The breakfast coupons were a nice touch. The breakfast on the coupon menu was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with the choices and the amount of food that was served. The food was wonderful. I would stay there again with my kids.”

• I was within walking distance of the historic district without with price! Excellent!

• Hard, springy mattress, malfunctioning shower head, thin flimsy shower curtain.

• The free breakfast was very high quality.
• Had to walk outside to get from room to lobby.

“This is a fairly typical Best Western. The rooms are located in three separate buildings which could be a problem if it were raining. The breakfast that is included in the price is very good and there also an option to use the breakfast buffet for a small price of $2.95. Very good food and friendly staff.”

• Excellent full breakfast included.
• Night desk clerk was not informed of internet connections.

“Everything was fine except for the first two days. I was not able to use my commuter for internet because the night desk person did not know anything when I asked about a connection.”
