“Very rude staff. Asked for a 2 bed room and they said they didn't have any. We went back and asked a different person and they did have a 2 bed room. This is the second time this has happened. Dirty room as well! Dusty and had a dirty washcloth.”

• Nice clean room.
• No newspapers in restaurant, breakfast was not worth the price, would be free at many other hotels.

• Pool and hot tub were great.
• We were under the impression continental breakfast was included.

“The motel was clean and generally what we expected. We thought we would have 2 queen size beds in the room and did not. Plus we expected free continental breakfast. We noticed others that complained about the breakfast.”

• Even though it was an older hotel the accommodations were nice and comfortable.
• Even though they have been renovated the bath tubs should have been replaced.

“This is a typical room within the Marriott chain comfortable and fairly quiet the accommodations were good and the beds were very comfortable some of the best in the Marriott chain.”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Rooms were well appointed and nicely decorated. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking near the doors.”

• Great chain of hotels this one was just a bad seed.
• Rude staff and rooms were only made up for visual appeal they not really cleaned.

“There were shards of glass on the bathroom floor of the room I stayed in. Including the shower of which cut my foot open. When I spoke to the host at the front desk she was rude inconsiderate and simply switched my room. When I spoke to the manager the next morning he was unaware of what had happened the previous evening and simply thanked me for letting him know. In further correspondence with him (mike) he suggested that I was lying and that no glass was found. I never received an apology from anyone which was the only thing I wanted. Rooms were only made up for visual appeal as evident by the uncleaned un-swept bathroom.”

• I liked the cleanliness of the room. I liked the workout room with the treadmill with the TV.
• I wish the vending machines were on each floor but there were none. There was a market up at the front desk.

• I loved the decor of my hotel room and the lovely grounds outside of the hotel.
• The ice machine caught me off guard the first night because I had fallen asleep and all of a sudden I heard this crash, I found out it was ice falling.

“I had a wonderful visit. It was great to have internet access in the lobby where I could print out my boarding passes before I went to the airport. I had breakfast on Sunday and the food was outstanding. They served me well and I was on my way. Thanks!”

  clean modern, comfortable beds, free Internet, excellent pool and spa.

“Excellent pool and spa which was great after a long travel day. The hotel accommodated our traveling family without any problem. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.”

• When I arrived at my room it had a bad smell but it either went away or I got used to it.

• The market in the lobby with many food and drink choices.
• Noise from the nearby interstate.

“The hotel is close to the interstate and some local restaurants. Check-in was very quick. The king room was adequate with a bed, TV, desk, couch and table. The wireless internet connection was slow but there was also a high speed line connection. The market in the lobby was nice for a late night snack and drinks.”

• It had a roof.
• Lot, room, breakfast, two out of three employees, internet access, coffee.

“After slipping on ice in the parking lot, the room and hallways were cold. The Internet access did not work. They had almost no channels on the television. The staff was, for the most part, oblivious. During breakfast, the toaster and waffle maker were barely functional. The food was stale. The coffee was swill. All in all, a lousy experience.”

• The big, comfy bed was great for sleeping on.

“Excellent hotel for the price. I spent a leisurely night here twice within one month's time with my wife. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work on either visit. I'm surprised that it didn't get fixed within 30 days. We also have not eaten at this hotel since many restaurants are near the facility. Other than the hot tub, my wife and I had a good time and plan to use the hotel again.”

• Outstanding front desk assistance. I had an issue that was handled expertly and efficiently.

“I had an issue too lengthy to discuss here. The desk clerk resolved it for me. She went well beyond expectations. I would recommend the hotel to others based specifically on her helpfulness.”

“Overall, good location. However, my 5:30 am wake-up call never came and when asked front desk I was told that they had made an error, big error as there was a reason I had a 5:30 wake-up call. Housekeeper walked in without knocking or alerting me in anyway which was fine, just surprising.”

• The location was good and the beds were very comfortable.
• Breakfast buffet was priced too high for what it offered.

“Overall a nice property with everything needed available. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, and the room and public spaces were clean. The breakfast buffet was 9.99 extra, which did not appear to be anything special and was not much more than other hotels include in the room price.”

• They have a wonderful buffet style breakfast for a reasonable price.
• We had a room by the door and heard the door bang shut often.

“This is a very nice hotel, clean and friendly. The pool is rather small; however they do have nice exercise machines. There is no continental breakfast, however the sit down buffet style was excellent and a decent price. I would recommend staying here.”
