• It was nice and clean and very comfortable.
• Got lost trying to find the road to hotel in the dark, a little confusing.

“Overall, we had a very nice overnight stay. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked nice. The breakfast was also an added bonus in the morning.”

• Wished it had a ATM machine.

“I have stayed here a few times before and have always had a great experience! The staff is friendly and clean. The hotel itself is very clean and the room is extremely clean. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and this meets all my expectations.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• We could not get on the internet in the business office due to some computer problems they were having.

“We stayed in a Hampton inn in Sioux falls three weeks ago and we enjoyed it so much we chose to stay in one again on our trip to des Moines. These were our first and second stays at a Hampton inn. In July we are traveling to Denver and we are stopping in either council bluffs or Omaha. We are planning to stay in a Hampton inn again. We would highly recommend these hotels!”

• The hotel was clean and comfortable.
• Our nonsmoking room smelled like it had been smoked in.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us in early and gave us directions to area attractions. The pool was nice and cleans although a bit small. Strong chlorine smells though.”

• Wish it had queen size beds.

• Limited parking always true, but you needed a negative!

• Our room was next to the ice machine and it was LOUD.

“Good hotel. good pool and location. Thin walls meant we were woken up a few times at night, therefore I'm not going back.”

• Easy to find with nearby shopping.
• Due to late booking, we got a smoking room which want to our liking.

“It's a reasonably priced hotel in a good section of Des Moines which is right on the interstate. We always stay here when we're in the area.”

• The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and worked to make our stay great.
• Did have waffles on the menu for breakfast.

“We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it then and enjoyed it this stay. We used the pool this time and it was clean and the water warm. We will stay there again.”

• Beautiful room, very clean, friendly staff.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“Our room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable, my daughter's pull out bed was also very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and the shampoo was awesome. I would love to revisit this hotel with my family soon.”

• Bed tray, fat pillows, good shampoo, good breakfast, friendly people, business center.
• Hot tub has unusual odor, not just chlorine.

“I love going to this Hampton Inn because I feel so welcome and cared for there. I plan to go back when it's not a business trip, just to relax and enjoy the comfortable surroundings.”

• I loved the breakfast in the morning, the food was great, the room was very clean and the bathroom was amazing.
• I had to go down to the front desk a few times and it took several minutes for someone to come help.

“This hotel was great, the food for the breakfast was awesome. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The bathrooms were awesome and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”
