• Everything was absolutely perfect.
• Nothing. Well, elevator was rather slow.

“I was pleased with this place. Room was roomy and beautiful and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and all was great. My business was across the city, but with proximity to interstate, it was a short drive over.”

• I liked that it was a suite with lots of room.
• The staff at check-in was not in sight and I had to wait quite awhile for him to return.

“This is an attractive hotel, nice large suite with fridge & microwave, 2 rooms with 2 TVs. It was a bit noisy in the hall at night. Breakfast was hot and good but they ran out of eggs frequently. Had a hard time keeping it replenished. Very conveniently located to shopping.”

• No wireless in rooms.

“Great hotel will stay again, big, clean, beautiful rooms. Breakfast was really good. They had little omelets. Only things that could be better were to have wireless internet in rooms. It's not real comfortable to have to sit at the desk all the time with your laptop. The Hyatt Place does have bigger flat screens, but not near as good of a breakfast.”

• They had a wonderful complementary breakfast and everything was clean.
• The window in my room was open when I arrived and was very humid and uncomfortable in the room.

“We had a great stay from when we checked in, until when we checked out. The front desk person was very nice and explained many things about the hotel when we checked in. They had complementary coffee 24 hours a day. The lobby area was very clean and inviting. Our room was nice and it had a small kitchenette area with a sink, microwave, fridge and coffee pot. The pool area was nice and was also kept clean. It was a very nice place to stay and would definitely stay here again.”

• Comfortable and roomy, nice helpful staff.
• There was an odor in the room.

“We noticed a strong odor in our 1st room. They quickly changed rooms for us. The 2nd room had the same odor, though not as strong. The staff felt it may be a result of the high rain amounts that had received recently. Perhaps the filtration is not good enough.”

• Convenient location - good internet connection.
• Put us in the handicapped room - not a great aroma - some kind of cleaner.

“A nice place except for the particular room we were put in. I don't know if we were put in a handicapped room (large room - lots of hand-holds on the bathroom wall - some kind of cleaner smell). The air conditioner blew directly on the bed which made it hard to sleep.”

• Loved the suite, had a really nice sitting area divided from bedroom.
• Nothing.

“Very nice hotel for business or vacation traveler. My suite had a sitting area with fold out couch, kitchenette and large desk for business travelers as well as a nicely separated bedroom area. Easy access from I80 and I35. Would definitely recommend.”

• Decent breakfast.
• Did not clean our room and locked us out with different keys.

“While it is a suite, there is no door separating the areas and the bathroom was outdated. Conveniently located near restaurants and malls. Room was not cleaned yet at four and they had switched keys on us. It is just an okay place to stay.”

• I could see a little dirt in the corners of the room. Nothing major.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay. The provided breakfast was considerably larger and better than other similar hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The large room and suite amenities were great. Proximity to a good choice of favorite restaurants was another plus.”

• The suite style room is so much more user-friendly than a normal hotel room.
• Nothing really. Only glitch was that we had to go to desk to get room key reprogrammed once.

“It was very user-friendly for our purposes. I loved having wireless internet, although the signal was very low so I could combine my work with our relaxing weekend away. The accommodations were great and was affordable when otherwise, we probably wouldn't have taken the time away.”

• No waffles yet the morning I was there about 7:30 a.m.

• We were on the third floor, noise (foot steps, movement) from the room above woke us until the person went to sleep.

“Many times the rooms are the least desirable; furthest away from elevator, next to utility rooms, and ice machines. Our room was next to a storage room, farthest from the elevator, and the room above seemed to have bare concrete which amplified movement.”

• Very easy interstate access. Restaurants in a variety of price range nearby.
• Lack of cleanliness.

“For being as new as this hotel was I must admit I was a little shocked at how run down it was. In our room alone and in the short time we actually spent in that room we were able to notice the following: large mold spots on ceiling in bathroom, peeling paint hanging down from ceiling, near desk was about to break when we set our laptop down the whole desk wobbled like it was going to just collapse in the corners and all along the walls there was dust/dirt/lint like it was not being cleaned. Ripped bed skirt hanging down on the ground, worst shower head I've ever had at a Marriott whenever possible, we stay in Marriott hotels not because we think they're nice but because usually they are reliable for a clean comfortable room. After the last two being more like this stay, I'm wondering if that is changing.”

• The entire hotel is smoke free.
• There was nothing that disappointed me.

“I have nothing but good things to say about my stay the furnishings are stylish and a cut above the usual. The linens really are crisp and the bed was divine. The breakfast was delicious and I was impressed with the wide variety of items to pick from. All of the staff was pleasant and unobtrusive. I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to friends.”

“Three of us stayed in two suites. The free internet was a big bonus, along with fridge & microwave in the room. Only suggestions for further improvement would be extra shelving (for personal items) in the bathroom and an extra luggage stand when there are two beds in a room. Id be happy to return any time!”

• Pool was ice cold-needed it for therapy, unable to use it.

“This hotel was clean, roomy and convenient for us, very senior travelers. The thing I was disappointed in was the ice cold pool. I can't swim, but for my aqua therapy, I am supposed to walk across the pool 12 times; i.e. forward, sideways, & backwards. I cannot walk very far except in a pool. Got in the whirlpool for 10 min. Planned to get back in after 10 minutes, but a group of boys jumped in and stayed there. Otherwise, the hotel was great.”

• Ants in the bathroom, ice machine broken, poor service at the front desk.

“The room was dirty and the bathroom was filled with ants. We left before we could shower in the morning. It was terrible. When we arrived we were given a room key to another person's room, and who was still in the room. The ice machines were down and we had to get service at the front desk. I was very disappointed.”
