• Cleanliness, friendly stuff, location.
• No pool.

“I usually stay at the brand motels because I am very picky but this time I was referred to the Executive Inn by my friend and I decided to give it a try. I stayed at the Executive Inn for one night and I was pleasantly surprised. The managers were welcoming, staff was very friendly and the room was very quiet and most importantly spotless. What a value. This motel is the least expensive in the area yet the services are outstanding. The first thing you notice when you go inside is that you see the personal touch of the people who take care of this motel. Colorful lobby, hallways, clean and fresh air make you feel like at home. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this motel to everybody that is looking for a quiet night in a clean room.”

• I loved everything.

“My husband and I stayed at the motel over Thanksgiving break this year. Not only was our experience wonderful, but the owners welcomed us just like family. The atmosphere was great, the people were very friendly and the overall stay was very comfortable. The ownership has changed very recently and you can see that new owners are going to make this place shine again. The motel is older but has great potential and many small projects were already completed. Our room was very clean, it had brand new bedding, refrigerator and microwave. Next time I go to Webster City, this is where I will stay.”

“I stayed here for two nights in late October '08 and I can't say enough good things about my experience here. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff not only professional and gracious, but they strive to please their customers to go above and beyond to exceed your needs and the extras, like the continental breakfast, went beyond my expectations for a motel. Next time I go to Webster City, this is where I will stay.”

• It was not clean and everything seemed old and run-down.

“This hotel is definitely not worth the price. I was very disappointed for offering this as a multi-star hotel with amenities at a price that is not worth what I got. The room was very sparse. The chair in the room was very dirty. The bed has no mattress pad on it and the sheet was so thin, you could see right through it to the mattress. The pool was closed. It appeared that they were remodeling, however everything was dirty. There was no extra amenities in the room, other than soap. This is unusual for a near to full-price room. Also, they said there was a complementary breakfast, but it had cereal and a couple of mini-muffins and was very disappointing. I was very disappointed in the quality. I will not stay here again and will not recommend this to my family or friends.”

“Nicely priced which includes a nice breakfast. I travel with my 5 grandchildren on a limited budget and they always enjoy there stay at the Executive Inn in Webster City. It was our fourth stay and will be staying again in August.”

• The ice machine and the wireless internet connection (although it is first floor only).
• Pretty run down and not real clean. Glad that I brought slippers and some alcohol swabs.

“If you are a trucker and hauled gravel, maybe you would not mind staying here. But please, the staff was very nice and courteous.”
