• The large spacious suite for the price.

“The only problem we had at the hotel was with one of the rooms that we reserved. Check in was scheduled for 3:00pm, we arrived at 6:00pm and it wasn't ready. Luckily we booked other rooms and were able to use those to get ready in. However when we left the hotel for dinner at 8:00pm the room still wasn't ready!”

• Breakfast buffet was fresh and good.
• Staff was unprofessional and rude.

“The staff was rude and totally unprofessional. The toilet did not work properly and had to call maintenance. I had to wait 20 minutes for my 3 pm check in and then was told it would be 2 hours. The outside door to the hall did not close properly, didn't work at all. AC did not work properly. The breakfast buffet was good, but again the staff behind the buffet was rude and unprofessional as the check in staff. I will not stay at this motel again, nor will I recommend it.”

• Door to indoor hallway was not locked - did not even close properly.

• Rooms were clean.
• The price was a bit steep for the outdated room.

“This hotel was conveniently located with friendly staff. The breakfast was nice as well. But the price was a bit steep. The rooms need to be updated. There was no water in the pool neither the hot tub during my stay.”

• Surprised at the quality.
• Nothing I did not like.

“This hotel was so clean and super nice. The beds were soft. The pillows were too fluffy. But I sleep really well. Very nice and will do this again very soon.”

• The room was one of the best. Very good breakfast.
• Unable to check in before three o'clock.

“I found the check in policy completely unreasonable. I called several days before the stay to try and arrange a 12-1 check in. The desk clerk refused. We had to adjust our schedule then arrived at 2:40. It was pouring rain and my three young kids had been in the car all day. We had to wait until all the rooms were "entered into the system" before we could check in. This was an airport hotel. I find it hard to believe no one had a early morning flight and a room could not be made ready. Had it not been for this, I would seek out this hotel chain for all my stays. This was a deal breaker for me.”
