• It was nice, clean, and friendly service.
• Coffee pot broken, replacement coffee pot broken, no heat in room temperature 48 degrees outside, and had to ask for iron.

“Maintenance came the next morning to fix heat-still not working. I think they need to replace all appliances and most of all replace heating system especially in winter. The coffee pot in room did not work. Front desk clerk gave me another one that was broken as well. They should not advertise things that they cannot deliver. When I told them about my complaints I received a matter of fact answer as if okay. I would not like to stay at this hotel again.”

• Quiet.
• Some of staff was indifferent.

“It feels as if things are slowly falling apart here and management is not going to maintain the facility properly. I don't think I would want to stay here in another year.”

• Free parking is nice.
• Rooms were small.

“I enjoyed my stay overall, the location is convenient right next to airport. It is a good hotel if you are mobile and have your car.”

• cleanliness,easy access
• Little crowded in the breakfast area, but if I didn't like I could ate elsewhere, no big deal.

“My wife and I where there on business. It was pleasant. Pretty easy to get to. Clean and friendly place to stay. We have 6 kids, and would stay here with them as well.”
