• Rooms were very comfortable, bathroom looked new and fresh, roomy and clean!

“Brand new tiled bathroom floor. Comfy bed,goose down pillows on the beds!!nice and quiet, even though right off the freeway! I would definitely stay here again!”

• Staff, room size and cleanliness.
• No wireless access.

“I was driving home from baton rouge with a horrible cold. After 3 hours on the road I was caught too bad to go any further so I pulled in to spend the night here. The staff was awesome; once I explained my situation they helped me to get use a promotion code to get a discount. And even though it was late in the afternoon, they got juice for me from their canteen that they use for breakfast in the morning. There is an I-hop right next door and lots of fast food places around. I room was very clean and a nice comfortable size, I especially liked having a recliner. I just hate that they didn't have wireless so to use my computer I had to sit at the desk. Other than that it¿s a great place for the price and easy access to i-20.”

• Centrally located.
• Could not get a king size.

“Overall it was a nice stay, the lobby and hallways were uncomfortably warm. I felt they did not have enough luggage carts; we had to wait 15 minutes. For the only one.”

• The hotel met all our needs for a decent price.
• Location was a little tricky to get to. Once we figured it out, it was ok.

“Pretty much what you expect at La Quinta, clean, comfortable and pleasant. Staff could be a little more attentive at breakfast. Good experience for our family.”

• The location was excellent & accessible to several dining facilities.
• The TV remote did not work.

“I made four trips to the lobby for a TV remote as the existing did not work. The room key had to be re-programmed several times which resulted in additional trips to the lobby.”

• It was much more than expected very clean and nice!
• The kids running around upstairs and down the hallways early in the morning!

“I am very pleased I thought a 2 star hotel would be in the dumps. The rooms were very big, clean and they had feather pillows! Even a desk to set up the laptop!”

• The staff was ever friendly.
• When I pulled the sheets on the bed back there was a McDonalds napkin in the bed.

• Very nice, clean rooms--staff helpful when giving directions to different places in town--great breakfast!
• Staff seemed to be on personal calls and would not hang up until call was finished--was very helpful but had to wait until he/she was through talking.

“We would love to come back to this hotel during a family vacation. The weekend my husband and I went to Shreveport was a time to relax my mind. I had just finished Summer I in graduate school and was exhausted. I really felt relaxed during the course of our stay at this hotel.”

• The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean, the beds are very well taken care of, the air conditioning is very cold even on the lowest setting.
• I think there could have been more fruit at the breakfast, but otherwise it was filling.

“The staff was polite and cordial. The room was clean and fresh even for a smoking room. The beds and sheets were soft and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was sanitary and kept up well. I would recommend it for anyone who needs to stay in the Shreveport area for any length of time. I slept better than I have in any other motel. Thanks.”

• Staff did not offer king bed or micro/fridge, but many vacancies.

• The Hotel was great very nice people working there, was very good overall stay GREAT!!!!!
• I was very disappointed that you charged my credit card a month before our stay!!!!! We usually pay cash when we get to Hotel!!! Wasn't right.

“The overall stay was great!! Except for the charge 1 month before our stay with this Hotel! Not GOOD!!!! We like to pay cash for room, but we thought it would take too long for credit back to our card!!!”

• Best La Quinta we've stayed at so far.
• We were given a handicapped room and the shower had no enclosure. Messy, messy.

“Great hotel! Great staff and friendly service. Very nice, very clean. I would want to stay here every time I'm in town. Also makes want to use La Quinta more. ”
