• Room was so nasty.

• Easy access to our leisure destination.
• Hotel under construction.

“When we got there the hotel clerk put us in dirty rooms. After we got a clean one the room floor was soaked with water, the hotel was booked they could not move us. The hotel elevator was on the 3rd floor we had to go to the 3rd floor with our luggage. We could have dealt with that if everything else would have been fine. I will not use this service again!”

• It was clean, good location, continental breakfast.
• Beds were way to hard, uncomfortable.

“I would stay there again. I was very happy with everything except the comfort of the beds.”

• The quiet housekeeping.
• Having to replace my card key.

“Overall, I liked it the only complaint I have is we had problems with our card to access the room. We had to go back several times to get new cards for the room.”

• The staff was friendly and close by restaurants.
• For the price it was not very fancy- plain and ordinary.

“The main reason I stayed at this hotel was because my daughter was shipping out for the army and this was where they were staying. I wanted to be close to her. On future trips to Shreveport I will probably not stay at this hotel unless the price comes down. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”
