• The restaurant, built into the hotel property, is convenient, and children eat for free.
• Most rooms face the indoor courtyard/pool, so it's noisy and the rooms smell of chlorine.

“The room was small but comfortable. The architecture of the indoor courtyard amplifies sound so you'll hear conversations, splashing in the pool, the clack-clack from people playing ping-pong, even with the sliding glass door was closed. The air in the room smelled a bit salty. Attention to detail wasn't a priority of housekeeping in my room. She/he had overlooked removing the previous occupant's used coffee filter from the in-room Mr. Coffee unit. I noticed a long hair in the sink. One of the two beds in our room had been sloppily made, with the sheets not pulled down around the mattress but heavily wrinkled and bunched up.”

• Looked like a nice pool/hot tub/game area, although we didn't have time to use it. Located near entertainment/restaurants.
• Outdated rooms, dirty carpet in hallways.

• Convenient downtown location. Is well kept for its age.
• The hot tub didn't have operating jets when we were in it, nor a dial you could turn them on/off.

“It served its purpose. We wanted a downtown location with a hot tub. It could use some updating but was in fair condition for its age.”

• It was convenient to our destination.
• The centrally located holidome pool. It was noisy until after 11 pm.

“Hotel staff was great. The hair dryer in our room was broken and hey brought me a new one-my hair was almost dry by the time I got it but. The room was pretty clean. Generally the room fit our needs it was just noisy and for that reason I would not return.”

• The dining room was clean with fast kind service.
• I could not get water from the vending machine.

“This hotel was easy to get to and parking was convenient. I parked near the elevator so I felt more secure as a lone traveler. The staff was friendly and helpful to me. The room was great, I enjoyed my stay very much.”

• No carts for loading and unloading luggage in the parking ramp.

• First room we were in was noisy, near road.

“First night we were in room 381, near road and very noisy so the next night they moved us to a bigger room with a refrigerator and it was much quitter and comfortable.”

• The hotel was in a very convenient location of the Downtown establishments. The parking was convenient as well.
• It was an older hotel and the room I stayed in had a big dent in the wall.

“Overall the hotel was very good. The staff, bartenders, and cleaning crew, and front desk workers, etc. were all great. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in.”

“Really nice. Staff ok but not real friendly. Matt in the bar is great. Check out is too early but they gave us another hour. They should step it up considering a new hotel went up across the street. My wife and I loved the strip bar attacked to the hotel We had a dancer up to the room for a threesome after the bar closed.”

• It had a pool and a hot tub.
• The room faced the pool and the noise was horrible. The food we ate was rotten. It had gone bad and not just one thing, many things!

“Food is bad. Close the restaurant down. Hotel is old and parking ramp is not convenient nor is the old elevator you take to get into the hotel. For the brand of hotel this is a shame! I do not expect this quality from that brand! Very unacceptable!”

“I had a poolside room. Kids were screaming in the early hours of sun morning the noise finally subsided around 11am check out time would never stay there or any other Holiday Inn ever again there was a Hilton a few blocks down.”

• It was furnished nicely.
• Very noisy after 11PM. poor parking.

“I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. We were woken up frequently throughout the night by screaming after 11PM. When we expressed our dissatisfaction all that was done was a statement about a wedding event being held that night. No apology. No attempt to satisfy us after a poor night's sleep. Absolutely unacceptable.”

• Big pool, nice big sauna, and clean rooms.
• Bad mattresses and pillows, had to get tokens for the ramp every time you left, no continental breakfast.

“The hotel was fine it was just that I was expecting it to be some what nicer and I thought there would be a continental breakfast. I thought the mattresses were not the best nor the pillows. I didn't like to always have to go to the desk before leaving the ramp as we came and went quite often. It was clean and I was glad of that. Staff was very friendly.”

• Noise level! At 2am I would expect someone to try and keep noise down in the halls.

“Nice place to stay - the kids had a blast in the pool and arcade area. The restaurant serves a fantastic Sunday Brunch Buffet. The parking is easy and convenient - location is great.”
