• Surprising clean, surprising amenities and very helpful staff.
• The climate control was off a bit - we could never get it just right; it was either too humid or too cold.

“I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of maintenance and cleanliness of our room. I travel a lot and this was one of the more comfortable stays I've had at a hotel of this level. The staff were friendly, even in the middle of the night when we arrived. We also noticed the diligence of the staff as soon as any problems or potential problems arose. I would highly recommend staying here and using Priceline.”

  her expectations.

“This was a last minute trip for my wife and son to a baseball tournament. My wife was pleasantly surprised by the food, staff, and accommodations.”

• The check in process was very smooth.
• It is located just off a highway, so it's just not very pretty.

“This hotel met our needs adequately. The room had ample space, the beds were comfortable, the rest room was clean, and the breakfast selection was acceptable. This hotel does a good job at providing safe clean accommodations for the traveling family at an affordable price, but would not be my choice for a vacation destination. I was pleased with the overall experience, and if I had t pass through Beaumont again would probably stay there again.”
