• High speed Internet, good breakfast.
• Extra towels and extra pillow would be nice.

“Review of your survey, not the hotel. I design surveys, and you have some problems. You can't ask people to rate something, and then give them an "agree" disagree" scale. That isn't a rating. For those questions, you either need to make a statement (the respondent would agree or disagree with the statement), or else provide a scale appropriate to the question.”
