• The convenience of checking in and out.
• The breakfast cost 8 dollars to attend.

• Room had queen beds, microwave and freezer/fridge.
• Pool needs resurfacing-cholrine was too high. Complained to manager.

“All was great except for pool-I was hoping it would be great as it is an indoor pool but it was small-badly situated and needs resurfacing. My daughter swam the fist night for an hour and a half and the ends of her hair turned lime green.
I am a liscensed Cosmetologist and know this is very unusal for a pool to do this that quickly. We complained to the manager and he said the pool needed to be resurfaced and that the pool maintainer person had after testing the chemicals were off and minerals too high.”

• I loved the service and buffet at the hotel restaurant, worth every Penney & more. The bed was very comfortable I slept like a baby.
• The pool looked dirty so we didn't use it; the water had a green hue instead of a sparkling blue. The carpet needed a cleaning!

“The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular the waiter at the restaurant, his service was excellent. The location was perfect for our needs and the beds were a dream! I will be staying again.”

• The bed was comfy! The room was very clean! Very upscale compared to what I'm use to.
• The whole hotel was nonsmoking. They did have a balcony!

“It was very hard to find this hotel. The room smelled of mold so bad. The water from sink and shower smelled like sewer. There was no refrigerator or microwave. Also had to pay for the breakfast.”

• During our visit there was a lot of construction on the access road, it was very dusty & muddy everywhere.

• Clean nice looking room - workout room- free paper- easy checkout.
• Very hard to find where to exit from I-10 -My fiancé and I circled several times- need some signs!

• I received a call from the front desk soon after arrival, asking if everything was okay.
• Desk drawer still had papers from previous occupant.

“The location is convenient to i-10, but the exits are confusing. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room amenities were very nice: the combination microwave-refrigerator, large TV, comfortable couch and very comfortable bed made my stay a pleasure.”

• The lady allowed us to check in before 3:00 the scheduled time. She was very friendly.
• The pool was closed and we had to take the children to the Fairfield hotel to swim.

“I could hear the guests above me, beside me and out in the hallway. The elevator thumped with every stop on my floor and I heard every drink that came down the drink machine in the hallway. Beautiful decor, very nice staff, barely any sleep.”

“The courtyard has, by far, the best breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed. It is a non-smoking building, but they assigned us a room with a balcony so it would not inconvenience us, since we smoke. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even though they are going through some remodeling, the hotel was very clean and quiet.”

• Clean, fresh, upscale feeling with easy access to rooms and amenities.

“I loved the mattress on the bed. I went to bed with a backache, and woke up refreshed. I like the fact that there are not bedspreads, but rather special "covers" with protector runners that cover the end of the bed, where customers might normally sit. They are easily changed and washed and are more hygienic-sanitary than normal bedspreads. The towels are fresh, clean, fluffy and quite ample. A pleasure. The sheets are quite comfortable and soft. I was very pleased for the price range, and will make it my "place to stay" when visiting Beaumont for business or pleasure. The staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous. Breakfast was good in their buffet, and the price was exactly what I would want to pay - any higher and I would think twice. I also like this hotel because there is no "lobby" to speak of. You are either going to your room or passing through. I like that for some reason! Nice hotel. I have already recommended it to numerous friends, telling them about my positive experience.”

• Nicely kept hotel, beautiful restrooms, indoor pool, friendly staff. I was pleased.
• Had problem with door not locking, but staff fixed it promptly.

“This hotel is nice! I am a very picky person who usually only likes 3 or 4 star hotels. I was very pleased with how nicely it was kept, how beautiful the restrooms were. The indoor pool was great and romantic. The staff was friendly and prompt. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I had to. This hotel made my class reunion feel so much better!”
