• The beds were very comfortable. Although the room was small, it was efficient, clean and quiet.
• There was one man at the front desk who seemed to do everything, so you'd have to wait just a moment to get service.

• The rooms were clean and nice beds soft lots of pillows.
• No pool the features said there was a pool.

• Cleanliness, price, and a GREAT continental breakfast.
• The man at the front desk wasn't very willing to help in any way.

• Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• Lobby under construction. Got two bills.

“Easy to find, just off the highway. The lobby was under construction, it was pretty clean considering that. We had to move rooms within 5 minutes of arriving because the toilet overflowed and flooded our bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accommodating about getting us moved.”

• Staff was warm, friendly, and flexible. Place was clean.
• Ugly bedspreads. Truly hideous color.

• We stayed for 2 nights after the first night we were allowed to change to a smoking room due to none available.
• There were no ice machines on the upper floors.

“The hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating him did a really great job of making us fell like guests and not just customers.”

• The location was good.
• The room was smoking and tiny.

“I was not pleased with the type of room we received. The hotel told me that I had reserved a smoking room and I had not and they told me there were no other rooms available. The room was very small and there were no toiletries. There were cigarette burns in the carpet. I received a bill under more doors on the morning we were to checkout and I had already paid for the room. The staff was not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• Cleanliness. Easy access from the highway. Price.
• Minor maintenance needed. Bathroom door-latch not working properly.

• Incredibly nice for a 'one star', very clean, great breakfast
• Pre-arranged rooms via telephone, but they were not available when we arrived

“This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the middle of the Fayetteville business strip. The rooms are a little cramped and the walls thin, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. I phoned ahead to prearrange a specific set of rooms and was told that they would be held in our name, but when we arrived, they'd decided to 'renovate' those rooms the day before---a big annoyance, since we wanted connected rooms but did not get them. Overall, I was very pleased with it, though.”

• I liked the arrangement of the room. Very nice with a good view.
• I wish it would have had a King size bed, the queen seemed like a full.

• The fan in the bathroom was very noisy.

• We were there for five days and they allowed us to have a room with a refrigerator.
• Their breakfast, eggs was the only thing not fattening.

“The staff, more than one was very friendly and extremely helpful. They bent over backwards to please. They were in the process on re-decorating but yet everything stayed quiet, clean, and very safe for my child.”
