• It was convenient to the highway and to the areas we were traveling.
• The swimming pool and hot tub could have been a whole lot cleaner.

• Very clean, extremely friendly staff, central location to everything.
• No smoking hotel!

“Would stay there again as all employee's including cleaning personnel were very friendly and helpful. Is centrally located to all restaurants, shopping mall and most important for me was a very short distance to Washington regional hospital which was my main purpose to the trip. However, did not realize it was a non-smoking hotel until my husband met me there. Oops! I would stay there again if by myself. Oh yes, they didn't take pets either. So it was 2 strikes out when husband arrived. So I had to move to new hotel with smoking and pets right in the same parking lot!”

“The room was loud (air conditioner) was located next to the lobby, breakfast area, wanted to be moved and didn't want to pay. They were not accommodating at all. Moved to a different hotel and loved it. Would not recommend.”

• Handicapped room by the pool, noisy, uncomfortable.

“The hotel itself was nice, but they put us next to the pool in a handicapped room which had an uncomfortable shower. The pool was extremely noisy, and we had to call the front desk at 10:30 to ask them to close the pool to kids when they were supposed to leave at 10 pm.”

• The bed was very comfortable and clean, lots of space.
• The manager shouted directions from the back of his office, rather than talking to me.

“This is a great hotel for business travelers. Quiet, clean & spacious, with free wireless. Nice pool, too, to relax in after a long day.”

• The beds were ultra comfortable!
• The muffins were a little stale.

“Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. It was nice to have an indoor pool and spa to relax in before going to bed.”

• great mattresses on the beds, very comfortable
• should have requested smoking rooms

“Very friendly staff, helpful. Very convenient to shopping and highway access. Easy to find. Beds were more comfortable than I expected; not bad for a hotel.”
