• Location of the hotel made traveling between Rogers and Bella Vista was great
• TV was difficult to watch from bed due to the location of the bed in the room.

• It was in the quiet part of town.
• Getting out of the parking lot at 8 in the morning was horrific. Getting out of the parking lot at 8 in the morning was terrible.

“All in all, the hotel is wonderful. It's in a quiet part of town, not near many restaurants or any other hotels. It is nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. The beds were OK. I did find that my be at home was more comfy. The business center is in a poor location being set in a corner of the dining area. It is noisy if there are people dining. They only have one computer to use and you sit with your back facing a window which I don't like as people outside can see what I'm doing on the computer.”

• Close to highway.
• Dirty, food was not good, AC did not work, unfriendly people.

“I feel the front desk person was nice, the buffet we paid for was really over priced. The blonde girl in the eating area was very rude and this happened on 2 mornings. The girl that cooked put out you had to order special eggs did not have them out, never enough batter for waffles was very disorganized. The room had mold on walls and the baseboards were nasty and they cleaned room and did not change the sheets. AC did not work, it was hot in our room. Was very disappointed and will not stay there again.”

“Great basic service for the price level. Had to drive to get to any attractions in the area. The hotel is right next to the highway. The kids screaming or playing in the pool was earsplitting but kids will be kids.”

• The hotel staff was extremely helpful.
• The rooms were clean, but could use some updating.

“I was a bit disappointed to see that this Courtyard had not been updated to the contemporary look other Courtyards have. However, it was very clean, and the staff was very knowledgeable about the area, even providing us a city map with shopping & restaurants on it. This map helped us navigate all weekend! Overall, a great experience.”

• Had a balcony.
• Dirtiest hotel ever, unfriendly, and unhelpful staff.

“I have no idea how this hotel got a good review. I read reviews before staying and they seemed okay but this hotel was the dirtiest place we had ever seen. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower, wallpaper, inside the fridge, large giant stains on the carpet and worst of all the air unit smell when you turned it on. My husband and I were so sick. The staff cleaned the room twice acting like we were picky! We left early. We were inconvenienced, sick and it really ruined our trip. We travel often and this was the worst experience with a hotel We will no longer take the chance with franchises and may reconsider staying at Marriott's altogether.”

• Close to highway exit.
• The room next door had loud people up all night and made it miserable.

“The room was fine, the elevator was very slow. I felt like I was in a Motel due to the very loud people through the wall. I had a business meeting the next morning and was a bit tired from trying to get some sleep.”

• Convenient location, clean, balcony to outside.
• Smelled cigarette smoke on my when I got off the elevator. Hotel was suppose to be nonsmoking.

“Breakfast buffet was way over priced. When I got there at 9:30 pm girl at the front desk was on the phone with her boyfriend about getting a pizza at Papa John's for about 2 minutes while I was just standing there waiting to check in. That was the only time me or my husband spoke to the hotel staff.”

• The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and we liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
• We had no complaints about the hotel.

“The room was very nice and spacious. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and all the cups were actual cups, not plastic. The beds were wonderful and the staff was friendly. My wife and I had a great time and found it very relaxing.”

• The coffee was not any good.

“My husband owns several different businesses and we travel at least twice a month with 2 children. As experienced traveler, we have stayed in some awful hotels and know how to compare a good one from a bad one. The Courtyard Marriot is an excellent hotel for the price we offered!”

• Very clean, beautiful hotel.
• The front desk staff was terribly rude.

“While this hotel was extremely clean and very nice, the staff left much to be desired. The woman on duty manager was terrible rude. It appeared she was also allowing friends to swim in the pool and stay in one of the rooms. I don't believe these were paying customers. I had to wait quite a while with other guests at the front desk when it was time to check out. No one was at the desk. A gentleman finally came in from outside to help us. He had been taking a smoke break.”

• Quiet as well as a very comfortable bed.
• Moderately friendly treatment at the front desk. Air conditioning unit had so trouble cycling on and off and created disturbance.

“Somehow, I expected the hotel to be more removed from the interstate than it was. Therefore I was disappointed when we pulled into the parking lot. All my apprehension was put the rest when we had a good night's rest without any noise from the interstate. It was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed with a lovely little balcony.”

• It is a newer hotel. Very comfortable and nice. Staff were great. Best of all we got a great price!

• Hotel was very clean I liked that a lot.
• The front desk worker had family behind the desk and no uniforms very awkward feeling.

“The biggest issue was the "less than upscale" feeling of the desk workers. Apparently, there were family workers staying there, helping, and possibly employed there. No one wore uniforms and even a bare footed teenage girl was behind the desk and ran upstairs to get the key from some guy for the change drawer. Later the girl, another girl, a little 4 year old girl and a grandmother swam in the pool with us. Anyway, it felt strange and very unprofessional.”

“Stayed here for 1 night. Location is good, about an hour from the grand canyon's south entrance. The staff was unfriendly and the room was smelly. Not exactly holiday inn standards. Not recommended for long stays.”

“Very well located just east of central Bentonville, and just off the interstate. Everything was clean, fresh, and attractive. Indoor pool could be used comfortably year round. Young staff was extremely eager to be helpful. An excellent example of a well run chain hotel.”

• Front desk was not staffed adequately at check-out and the wireless internet was horrible.

“Wireless internet was not good, it connected and disconnected quite often. I would not suggest this hotel for a business traveler that needs wireless connection. No continental breakfast included, had to purchase at $9.95 per person. Overall, I would not stay again.”

• Cleanliness, comfortable, and very modern.
• The fire alarm went off twice - once at 3:00 a.m.! And sounded for at least five minutes.

“The hotel was beautiful, employees were very friendly and the hotel was clean. Our only complaint was the fire alarm. It sounded during the first evening, but at 3:00 a.m. It sounded for over five minutes. All the guests were in the hall, had to wake up their children. They could not tell us why it went off so it was quite unnerving. Everything else was great.”
