• Their CD movie slot to the TV did not work.

• Wish there was a breakfast bar.

• Great customer service, very impressive.
• Entrance to back parking lot was not as easy to enter.

• Secure doors to outside, prompt elevators.
• Charged pet fee. Draperies did not close, traffic light outside of window flashing, smoke detectors light fell in to the eyes all night.

“Motel 6 with Embassy Suite prices. Blinking smoke detector light right over bed. Outside traffic light red green in room all night. Car dealership very bright lights. Draperies did not close. No complementary breakfast or newspaper.”

• Full size kitchen, plenty of room.
• Prefer the all white washable comforters some hotels have for cleanliness.

• It was more than I expected for the price. Very comfortable and homely. Close to everything I needed and would like to stay there again.
• Nothing.

“The candlewood in Rogers, Arkansas is an awesome place to stay. It is close by to everything you need and yet off the beaten path just a bit so you really don't hear the traffic. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has to travel with their job or anyone else who wants a nice place to stay.”

• I loved the roomy, at home feeling and the location was great.
• Nothing.

“We travel extensively over the use and Mexico. This is by far the best hotel we have ever had the privilege of staying in. This is a great location with big, clean rooms.”

• Perfectly clean. Convenient features. Very fair pricing. Full cable channel lineup. Great restaurants and shopping outside the door.
• Extremely functional but not terribly attractive.

• Not fancy or "uppity", but super-clean and comfortable. Like home away from home.
• Problem with AC; supposed to "know" when no one was there and turn off, but turned off while we were sleeping.

“Many positives in this very nice and very comfortable inn. 1. *THE* cleanest hotel I've ever been in, bar none. 2. Staff was friendly and helpful. 3. Extensive DVD library available at no extra charge. 4. Free WiFi in public areas (computers available, also). 5.Internet connection in room was fast and free.6. Very complete kitchen, including some free snacks.7. Fairly extensive "honor" store in the lobby, with a wide variety of snacks, (non-alcoholic) drinks, and even foods one might prepare in their in-room kitchens, in addition to some grooming items, etc. Two negatives: 1. There was a problem with our Air Conditioning; it was supposed to shut off when no one was in the room -- I presume using motion sensors and a switch that is activated when the door opens or shuts -- but ours shut off while we were sleeping. We woke up twice to find the room uncomfortably warm, moved about for a few minutes while the room cooled, then went back to sleep only to have the AC stop again.2. Pool was very small and indoors, and the room it was in was uncomfortably warm. Summary: I'd have preferred an outdoor pool, but I'd have still been WAY more than satisfied if the A/C had worked correctly. The desk clerk had apparently never heard this complaint before, so it was probably just our room. Fix that, and this was an outstanding place to stay.”

“I stated 2 adults and 1 child on my search, and was booked in a single room. Upon arrival, I asked to switch to smoking room, and was immediately accommodated However, it was not a room for 2 adults and 1 child.”

• The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette is very nice.
• It is not the most romantic place to visit, but oh well.

• The hotel was located amongest a huge variety of places to shop and eat. It was clean and offered more amenities than we expected. Our stay was A+.
• The only thing that was some what inconvenient was that the housekeeping was weekly.

“The hotel was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are hoping to stay there again. They offered free movies on DVD and VHS. There was a cupboard with drinks and snacks (donations only). They had a workout room, laundry room (3 washers and dryers), and indoor pool. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.”

• The rooms were very clean and inviting. Also, they had a convenient store in the lobby that ran on the honor system.
• No pool

“The staff was very friendly. The hotel had great amenities:mini kitchen, dvd/vcr, roomy bath, nice size room. There were little extras that were extra nice such as a fitness room and free entrance to a local fitness center. They also gave a free soda when we checked in. The honor system convenience store made the hotel seem even friendlier. Nothing negative to say.”

• No continental breakfast.

“A very good value. Worth double what we paid, but thanks to you we didn't. Clean spacious rooms. No continental breakfast, but access to a "pantry" where resonably priced items were available, with the coffee being free. Would be happy to stay there again. ”
