“This hotel did not meet the standard of other La Quintas where I've stayed. While the hotel was generally clean, they had not paid attention to the small details and left the hotel feeling grungy.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 23, 2006 by

“I've stayed at La Quinta hotels in the past that were much nicer. This one was dirty and old, and in dire need of upgrades and remodeling. I had to change rooms at check-in due to cleanliness. The water was cut off for hours without any prior notice during the busiest time of the morning (when guests were needing showers). When we called to ask why, the front desk hung up on my wife.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 9, 2006 by

“We were very disappointed with this motel. Apparently we were given a substandard room.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 8, 2006 by

“Great room, carpet could have been cleaner but the pool room and breakfast areas were very nice. Reported a broken lock on a side door and was told they were waiting on a piece to fix it. I was there 2 nights and still not repaired. THIS WAS AN UNACCEPTABLE AMOUNT OF TIME . Otherwise would return again.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 27, 2006 by

“The hotel is situated in a great location. It's close to the major highway in town and to a variety of places to eat. It has ample parking which is also a perk. The room left a LOT to be desired from the chipped door to the smallish bathroom and most definitely the bug that joined me before checkout. The high speed Internet was great as well.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 14, 2006 by

“Great price off of Priceline. Would not have paid the hotels regular rate. The staff is very friendly. The free breakfast was very convenient and there was a lot of selections. The hotel appears a little old and dingy, but is worth the price we paid with Priceline.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 16, 2006 by

“It was very easy to find, within a short drive (or walk) of several good places to eat & shop. The pool looked great, indoor. The beds were comfy & the non-smoking rooms were nice.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 14, 2006 by

“If they fixed the tub and brightened the hallways, we might stay again.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 7, 2006 by

“This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. Room was fairly clean and as stated. Sunday morning, went to breakfast in lobby. Arrived around 945AM. Got my children taken care of, which probably took better part of 15 minutes. Went to get something for myself, now closer to 10AM, and staff had already started taking food and supplies away. Ended up with a minimal breakfast (what I could get my hands on before they took away). The lady working that was very rude and seemed put out when I asked her for syrup for my children's waffle.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 22, 2006 by

“It has clean comfortable rooms w/ free high speed. An indoor pool and hot tub. Excellent value for the price. The staff, while friendly, were not knowledgeable when it came to television and Internet issues that I experienced. Also, my reservation was supposed to be for 2 nights and they only had it for one. As a result, I harassed by housekeeping, front desk, and even the hotel manager with door knocks until everyone got the message I was staying two nights. I will return to this hotel but I do agree that they need to get organized!” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 21, 2006 by

“The waffles were really great and it was in a good location. The pool area was really nice. I am not a smoker and was put in a smoking room so I smelled smoke all night.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 10, 2006 by

“We picked this hotel because we wanted a pool and hot tub. The hot tub didn't work. Should be some way to know this before you book.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 16, 2006 by

“Great location for us. We were involved in a volleyball tournament at the all sports arena. It was in an extremely convenient on and off the freeway and to our sporting events.” Mar 13, 2006 by
John from Nichols, SC
“Fine and great.” Feb 15, 2006 by

“Very nice staff, but room was not clean. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed prior to check-in. Nice breakfast and good location, at junction of hwy 412 & I-540.” Jan 18, 2006 by
Jay from Irving, TX
“Very good and clean and new.” Jan 12, 2006 by
Karolen from Springfield, MO
“Hotel was in a very convenient location, right off interstate and close to many restaurants. Free breakfast was great, you could make your own waffles. Room needed to be upgraded, no cold water at bathroom sink.” Jan 11, 2006 by
Kristen from Oklahoma City, OK
“I probably wouldn't want to stay there for more than a couple of nights. The Comfort Suites in Spring dale is a lot nicer.” Jan 11, 2006 by
Lori from Raymore, MO
“Very nice. We had a good time.” Jan 5, 2006 by
Schelly from Hot Springs, AR
“When we checked in, the room had a fowl odor in it sewage. We put our stuff in the room and left. When we came back that night, the room still had this bad odor. I think that it was in the carpet. Room 104. The carpet had a wet spot on it. We then went to the pool and hot tub. They were both really dirty. The hot tub had dingy water and in the bottom of it, there were no caps on the drains. You could have gotten your foot stuck in it very easily, an adult foot. We then went back to the room and got ready for bed. My mother in law pulled back her covers and got in the bed. When she laid down and pulled the sheets over her, they were wet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was nasty. The hotel was very run down. The new room they gave us had a new towel bar installed. There was big patches of white Sheetrock showing on the wall as if they forgot to finish the sheet rock and forgot to paint. The vent in the bathrooms were completely filled with junk/trash/etc. Very disappointed” Dec 20, 2005 by
Kristin from Oklahoma City, OK
“The staff was nice. But the rooms were outdated and there were quite a few improvements that could be made, just in simple up keep. I do not believe I would ever stay there again.” Sep 20, 2005 by
Debbie from Harrison, AR
“This hotel was not up to my expectations, stinky rooms, wet carpets, smoke detectors missing covers, leaking ceiling in hallway, with garbage can full and ceiling falling down, swimming pool not tended to. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not worth the $40 we paid. it's not even worth $15.” Sep 1, 2005 by
Harris F. from Marietta, GA
“Met my expectations” Aug 30, 2005 by
Walisi from Springdale, AR
“All in all the hotel was fine, but I had really been looking forward to the jacuzzi and was unable to use due to chipped floor.” Aug 29, 2005 by
Macie from Bedford, TX
“Staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall my stay was delightful.” Aug 5, 2005 by
Rita from Granbury, TX
“It was very quiet. There was a out of state highschool girls basketball team staying there so we expected to hear a lot of noise, but we didn't hear them at all.” Aug 3, 2005 by
Lara from Plano, TX
“Great hotel for the price. Clean, comfortable, good free continental breakfast, indoor pool, and friendly staff. Great location in Springdale, close to freeway and convention center.” Jun 23, 2005 by
Anna from Glendale, AZ
“ From the time I checked in. There was a huge spider in my bath room and when I ask for someone to take care of it I was told "I am the only one at the desk and I don't like spiders either" I was sent back to the room to take care of it my self. I have never been treated like this before! You do not want to stay at this hotel!” May 16, 2005 by
Paul from St Peters, MO
“Fairly recent remodel, this is one of the nicer Baymonts I've stayed at. Easy interstate access and overall a very pleasant stay.” Apr 24, 2005 by
Chris from Bryant, AR
“Location is very convenient for me and the amenities are great.” Apr 20, 2005 by
Kris from San Luis Obispo, CA
“This was a nicely located motel that was great for a longer stay if you didn't mind not always getting your shampoo and soaps replenished. The pool is indoor and there is a nice but small execise room as well as a microwave and small refirigerator in the room to keep some goodies around. I found the cleaning staff to be a bit on the lazy side, not replenishing and sometimes not even vacuuming. On the whole though, it was quiet, clean, a bit smokey smelling because of smoking/non-smoking rooms that are too close together. It was easy to get on and off the freeways and close to places to eat and get your neccessities. I would choose it again and just ask for a room as far away from the smoker's rooms as possible. Overall a nice quiet place.” Mar 9, 2005 by
Margaret from Evansville, IN
“For a Baymount Inn I was disappointed. I thought the first impression as I walked in and in the halls I had made a mistake because of the odor. I would not recommend this Inn for that reason.” Feb 28, 2005 by
Owen from Richmond, KY
“All in all it was a nice enough hotel and the price was good.” Feb 23, 2005 by
Jolene from Williston, ND
“Most of the staff was poorly trained in customer service & satisfaction. Only one staff member helped resolve our problems.” Dec 20, 2004 by
Julius S. from Berryville “The hotel was located very close to the airport I was leaving from. ” Dec 17, 2004 by
Kendall R. from Fort Smith “Poor quality for a 2 star hotel. Location, price, everything else OK, but beds are small, HVAC is poor and overall quality is low.” Sep 21, 2004 by
Martha M. from Tulsa “Check-in was smooth. I requested a non-smoking, single king bed. The non-smoking request was accommodated, they were unable to get me the single king bed. As I will point out later on, that didn't matter in the end! My room was on the third floor, at the end of the hallway. The room was clean and nicely decorated. There were two double beds, a nightstand, a desk, telephone, cable television with Showtime, pay per view movies and video games. Two bottles of water on the nightstand were a nice touch. Lighting was ample and pleasant. The vanity area just inside the door to the room had plenty of counter space, a coffee maker, hair dryer, and a recessed clothes rack (including hooks for belts/ties) with an iron and ironing board. The bathroom, while small, was spotless and nicely decorated. OK, why did I state the inability to get a king bed was not problematic? The bed was so comfortable, that's why! I think this had to be the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! The only downside was the beer bottle cap I found on top my bed. One other downside was the traffic noise from outside. This Baymont is conveniently located off I-540 & U.S. 412 (Sunset Avenue), a main drag in Springdale. However, this also means you get the noise from trucks going down Sunset Avenue. Perhaps a room on the south side of the hotel would have been quieter. However, very little noise from inside the hotel (other than a barking dog in another room). The hotel seems to be well soundproofed. The breakfast was pretty much standard fare, nothing special. The breakfast area was clean and agreeably decorated. Other amenities (which I didn't use) include an exercise room with 3 Stairmasters, and a small pool and hot tub in a greenhouse room (the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance, unfortunately). A Denny's is right next door, and a Waffle House is across the street.” Sep 21, 2004 by
