• Clean and comfortable.
• Too close to the highway-could hear traffic late at night.

“The employees were very friendly. The cookies on the counter was a very unexpected treat that we enjoyed. Also the breakfast to go was a nice extra as we did not have time to sit down to eat. The beds were very comfortable.”

• The room looked very nice, the staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean.
• The bed was like sleeping on a rock, air conditioning would not stay on.

“We've stayed in this hotel before and were very pleased with our stay. However, this time the bed was like sleeping on a rock, air conditioning wouldn't stay on so the room was hot and someone kept stomping above us off/on all night. We told the day manager the next morning and she only said, I m sorry. We've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst night's sleep we've ever attempting to get. We would not be inclined to stay here again.”

• The room decorations and the cookies!
• Night clerk didn't even say good bye before he hung up.

“Lobby was beautiful, but I never pay attention unless the room is nice and it was! It was not only clean, but decorated in a non-chincey way. Loved the color choices and the bedspread. All beautiful. I know my boyfriend appreciated the cookies and the nice breakfast spread (most places run out of food towards the end of the breakfast time but everything stayed stocked here, very important!).”

“This a very nice and clean hotel, a little off the beaten path. Of my three night stay one day the missed cleaning my room, but after reporting it to the front desk that evening it was cleaned.”

• The staff was very polite and responsive to the one problem we had with the room.
• We couldn't rent a movie because their system was down for some reason, but that was minor.

• Hearing people having intercourse in the next room and having my 5 yr old ask what is that.

“The room we stayed in had a broken window and wouldn't shut which made the interstate and wind noise almost unbearable and the heater to the room didn't work.”

• No indoor pool.

“My family and I were very impressed with Hampton Inn & Suites. The price was perfect! The hotel was very clean, the staff was very nice, and helpful with directions. The breakfast was wonderful, and also included hot items as well as the usual continental breakfast items. Newspaper was placed by the door outside of our room, which made it a nice Sunday morning!”

• Newly renovated and spacious, with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever stayed on.
• Business center in lobby is not busy, but girl at front desk was rude about my use of it.

“Beautiful, newly-renovated hotel, just off I-540, absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations in value. There were fresh cookies available upon my arrival in the lobby (even though it was 9:30pm), and the clerk was amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. New, plush beds with thick comforters and extremely thick pillows, the bed was second to a Westin I stayed in recently, but better than the Sheraton, which was also recent. There is plenty of storage space available, including a wardrobe armoire and drawers. The bathroom is large and comfortable, and the shower head is amazing. The television was a slightly older model (tube television), and the channel selection left a bit to be desired, but Showtime is available. The alarm clock is preset with several pushbutton choices, such as "light rock", "pop", etc., which would be convenient, had it actually worked. There was overwhelming static on each channel, other than the talk radio station. Internet is free in each room, with a choice of wireless or wired, and these are seamlessly interchangeable. Check-out time is 12 pm, not 11am, so I could actually sleep in, then get up and start getting ready. My only complaints are the breakfast left a bit to be desired, although coffee and juice is gratis, available 24 hours a day in the lobby. That leads me to the business center. There are two very nice, new PCs in the lobby, with a large printer and fax machine, all hooked up, and all available to everyone. However, when I printed off two emails and some directions, the morning desk clerk was rude, and when I asked her for a pen, she rolled her eyes, turned and answered the phone and ignored me for a few minutes. I was pretty upset. Also, the instructions on using the printer's port switch confused the person at the other PC, and the desk clerk didn't know how it worked, either. I had to explain how it worked, and as I was explaining it to both of them, the clerk rolled her eyes and walked away from the desk. Otherwise.”

“We needed to ship a box and they guys at the desk were extremely helpful with getting us a box, helping to pack it and directed us to the nearby post office. They were all very pleasant to talk to as well.”

“The experience over Christmas at the Hampton Inn in Springdale was very nice. They weren't very busy at this time of the year but the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. They kept my husband stocked with coffee which made him very happy. The holidays can be a tough time for people but the staff was warm and friendly and the room excellent so it was very nice.”

• Upscale without being to fancy.
• 1st. Night was on full size beds, which sleeps on full size beds.

“The only problem I found was the 2nd night we were scheduled for a smokers room; there should be some way to assure a non smoker room on the reservation. The hotel was very gracious and allowed us to change rooms.”

• I thought the rooms were very homey, especially the suites.
• There's no ice on the first floor. It could have been a little bit cleaner. Hours of the fitness center were not long enough.

“The suites were comfortable with full kitchenette. However, there wasn't any ice made in the refrigerator and there wasn't an ice machine on the first floor so we had to trek up to the second floor for ice. The beds were nice. The space could have been a little cleaner but overall it wasn't bad. Over priced regularly.”

• The power flashed, and the internet went down for a while.

“This was a very nice and comfortable stay. I was delightfully surprised with a king suite. The room was wonderful! It was like a home away from home. I almost felt sad to leave! The free hot breakfast was wonderful as well, when you're used to just cereal and donuts at most hotels. Overall, I loved my stay, and would suggest Hampton to anyone.”

“Everything about this hotel was great with the exception of our room being within approx. 150' of the hwy. Truck traffic was noisy not to include this particular weekend was a bike rally and loud motorcycles were plentiful. We also took our bikes and expected a higher noise level than usual however. We felt like we were trying to sleep on the interstate hwy. Hope this helps you provide service to your customers. I use Hilton Hotels often in my bus. travels and this is the first time I have ever had such a problem as this. Thanks,”
