• Glass elevators.
• No free brakfast.

• It had a view of the ball park fireworks which was gorgeous!

“This hotel was very reminiscent of a Hawthorn Inns & Suites. The room was large with a big window, couch, desk that extended, etc. The staff was very anxious to be helpful and courteous. The hotel buffet breakfast was fantastic and not overly priced as is in other hotels of this caliber. This was also a John Q. Hammon's Hotel. The Christian message left to guests in the room really impressed me also. I will stay at this hotel again.”

• Beautiful lobby and
  helpful staff.
• Suggestion to use outdoor pool on cold day poor staff choice.

“This hotel is beautiful and conveniently located to city attractions. Staff are willing to help whenever possible. I'm sure the pool and excercise room is wonderful when it is not being refurbished. Overall they have a nice facility and when amenities are available.”

• The service from front door to bar to restaurant was excellent!

• It was conveniently located.
• The fitness center's equipment was broken, causing injury.

“The experience at this hotel was great, except for the fitness center. The equipment was broken, and when I tried to use the elliptical trainer (not knowing that it was defective), I got a large scrape on my arm.”

• Hotel did not deliver my wake up call, as I had requested.

• Easy access parking, large room, clean, friendly.
• A bit difficult to find, as access is on a side street and entrance signs are confusing because Hampton Inn sign in on the entrance driveway.

“My rule of thumb is would I stay there again, and I definitely would if I returned to Springdale. No complaints, whatsoever. Most importantly, it was quiet, and the room had good drapes to keep out bright lights, both day and night.”

• The hotel was easy to find and the room was very clean and well laid out. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
• Older hotel on the verge of needing remodeling/refurbishing.

• Why is the soda machine filling an issue?

“The hotel/amenities: great. Staff is awesome. The soda vendor, Pepsi, machines are out of every product, on every floor. I spoke to the front desk. This unit changed over to Pepsi machines, because Coke would not keep them filled. This is a big account. No excuses on the failure to maintain their product/equipment. Just passing the word along. Even motel 6 keeps their vending machines routinely filled.”

“Comfortable room and bed. Very nice set up for business work/ laptop desk/ wireless internet as well as Ethernet. Allowed late check out which was extremely helpful when I became ill on check-out day.”

• Only an hour away from our house, yet a great weekend getaway at a great price.
• My food was too high for the quality of the meal and the service.

“We have stayed here before and will stay again. We enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Close to good shopping and dining places.”

• We were upgraded to a king-exec. Very comfortable and roomy.
• $4.00 bottle of water in room and no comp. Breakfast, restaurant over priced and poor quality.

“Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean & spacious, and location is good. Design of the lobby/lounge area forces the noise up into the rooms--all rooms overlook/face the lobby. Very attractive commons area.”

• Things normally included in an average hotel price cost extra.

“Was disappointed that everything cost extra that's normally included in a basic or economy hotel. Refrigerator/microwave an extra $10 a day, no free continental breakfast, not even basic coffee and doughnuts. ”
