• Convenient location.
• Bathroom not very clean.

“I just needed a place to shower and sleep while my Mother was in the hospital here. This provided that. I didn't care for the cleanliness of the bathroom. The soap dishes that are built into the walls were thick with soap scum that you could scratch off. I had a room with a Jacuzzi tub, but after seeing this, I did not use the tub, only the shower. Otherwise, a pretty nice room. The location was great for on/off highway access, lots of places to eat very close by. I would stay here again.”

• The cleanliness was surprisingly good, attentive staff.
• Pool was a little small.

• Staff and location.
• Unrepaired damage. Tub needs repaired.

“The room was not a good as we expected. The coffee maker didn't seem to work well. There was a chunk missing from the face of the Lave. Counter, which exposed the wood framing beneath? The tub did not have a good appearance. It needs the old caulk removed, the area cleaned up, and new caulk applied. One of the lamps needs the bulb replaced. The HVAC unit, TV, refrigerator, sink, and shower all worked perfectly. There was plenty of hot water, and the bed was excellent. We slept better on this bed than the one we have at home.”

• The convenience of location for our needs this trip.
• The pool was really bad.

“The location was very convenient to the U of A as well as restaurants, Wal-Mart for school supplies and great on and off of 540.”
