• Liked the fluffy pillows, down comforters and breakfast was wonderful.
• Lady working in evenings was rude and very uninformed as to directions.

“Lady working at desk during night was very rude and couldn't give directions. We had to call 3 times to find the place and the directions she gave us were still wrong. Thankfully the lady working the next morning was very nice and helpful and got us where we needed to be. Breakfast was wonderful for myself and my kids, large variety.”

• Room was clean, breakfast was very good.
• Outdoor pool was littered with dead bugs, room was buried in back hallway( isolated and a little dark).

“Service and cleanliness of room was good. The outdoor pool needed to be cleaned, bugs floating in the water, continental breakfast was great.”

• Poor quality all around.

“Non-smoking room smelled of smoke, holes in bed covers, toilet broke in first room and overflowed and had to change rooms, new room smelled of smoke even worse, only one ice maker on property (of course it was right outside our room, lots of noise), pool looked like it had not been cleaned in years, parking lot needed repairs badly, free breakfast was a joke. If you weren't the first one there, you got nothing. We walked in saw there was nothing to eat and turned around and left.”

• The room was clean, roomy, and attractive. The breakfast buffet was great!
• The air conditioner in the next room was noisy.

“The Fayetteville, AR Quality Inn is smaller and older than the surrounding hotels, but it is well-kept and less expensive. My room had new, very soft pillows, four to a bed, and down duvets. It was clean and comfortable. While most hotels offer a complimentary continental breakfast, the Quality Inn provides a full breakfast buffet.”

  liked the fact that the hotel had a pool and that it was nice and well kept.
• The only thing that I was not satisified with is the coffee pot took too long to make.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fayetteville area it is close to the collage and close to downtown. I was very pleased with the service that I received from the staff and the room was very clean.”

• Really good breakfast.
• Told them I was in a wheelchair, but the room did not have a handicap bathroom.

“The hotel is clean and the breakfast is really good. The rooms are ordinary but the price was good. The location is not convenient but not extremely bad. We needed a handicap room, got a downstairs room but not handicap. The stool was really low and the shower was in a tub. Wheelchair people cant get in a tub and getting off the stool onto a chair can be difficult.”

• It was a ways from where I needed to be at a meeting.

• Whirlpool bath is too small.

“The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly. The hotel is kind of hard to get to. It is located on a one way access road off the Interstate, and you have to zig zag to get to it.”

• Was difficult to get back to once leaving.

“Clean room, was quiet for being so close to the highway, the only problem was once you left the hotel you had to go back one exit then back track as it sits on a one way road. Its only a few miles but was inconvenient. Over all a nice place to stay for the money.”

• Was hard to get to due to being on a one way street.

• Close to where we needed to be.
• Would not give us a non smoking room.

“Hard to review, because we never stayed with them. We requested a non smoking room but they would not accommodate us. They said all rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do. We ended up not staying and going down the street to another hotel that was nicer and had a non smoking room. Even though the prices were good, and booking over the internet was convenient, not being able to speak to a representative when problems arose was a hassle.”

• Hotel was very clean, and convenient to the university.
• The girl working in the office had the television on nickelodeon in the morning. We felt that it should be on a news channel for the guest to watch.

“The hotel met all our needs. The reviews rated the hotel as a 10. I was not disappointed in the price or the hotel. If I return to Fayetteville I will stay in this hotel. Check in was easy and speedy. The rooms were very clean.”

• Surrounding construction made it hard to get to.

“The rooms were clean, roomy, and the staff was courteous. The pool was clean and good for my grandkids. I like that it is pet friendly.”

“The motel access is difficult. There is construction next lot over and the construction vehicles run through the motel parking lot. the construction is purportedly a new motel and the Quality Inn appears to be biding time until it closes down. It appears to have a skeleton crew maintaining it.”

• Not easy to get to off the Interstate from the south.

“This motel is an excellent value. Clean, large rooms with everything a business traveler needs including microwave and small fridge. Inexpensive rooms. I highly recommend this mote.”

• The rooms were clean and we had a microwave and fridge. We slept well.
• The wireless Internet was extremely slow. Breakfast so ok but not that good. We thought the price was a little steep but it was game.

“This was our first experience at this hotel. While we thought it was a little over priced it was a game weekend and the location was good. We would definitely stay there again.”

• It was clean, quiet and handy to where I needed to go. The price was great.
• The breakfast layout was confusing. I couldn't find a cup and it took a while to find the plates etc.

“Overall I enjoyed myself at this hotel. It is well kept and the staff is very nice. I had a plugged toilet when I went to my room but I was able to unplug it when I went to get a plunger. You couldn't tell it was plugged until you flushed it. The hotel was quiet and there were enough TV channels to keep me occupied if I wanted it.”
