• The kids liked the pool.

“I was very disappointed with the treatment that we received upon arrival and have never had the problems we were having. Stay was nice. Like room and pool!”

• Less than 10 miles from arrowhead stadium.
• No shuttle to the game.

“This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. There were ants in the room the air condition leaked so the floor was wet all weekend. the other room I reserved the key didn't work and we had to go down to the front desk 3 times before they would do anything about it and it took them 3 times before they finally brought up the manual key to let us in the room. Plus the air conditioner didn't even work in this room.”

“I had to wait at the front desk for a while before the person even addressed me that I was there. The room was very dusty and there were a lot of bugs in the elevator.”

• Very economical.
• Requested for a non-smoking room was unfulfilled.

“Perhaps the smoking rooms should all be located on a seperate floor from the non-smoking rooms. I'v never seen so many cigarette burns in my life; on the countertops, in the carpet and even on the remote control. Overall, the quality of this hotel is a direct reflection of the price...you certainly get what you pay for.”
