• Kitchenette.
• Blood on sheets for sofa bed.

“We overall had a comfortable stay; however, there was blood on the sheets when we pulled them out to make up the sofa bed. That was rather disturbing.”

• Great location ,the condition of buildings was excellent, the breakfast bar was excellent, rooms very clean and maintained that way .Great Staff.
• I really have no complaints.

“Just a great place for a traveler to stay while in Fort Smith, Ark. The nightly rate was very good. I have stayed at other hotels in Fort Smith and this hotel is by far the best.”

• Clean, spacious, lot's of conveniences, good value.
• Pool was closed for winter. It did not have a heated pool.

“This was a nice, clean hotel. It was well worth paying a few dollars more than a traditional hotel room because it is more like an apartment. Free, hot, breakfast buffet, although not spectacular, was a nice perk and much better than most budget hotels.”
