• The bed was clean and comfortable. They had my air turned on for me when I got there.
• The shower curtain had mold on it, and I don't think the toilet had been cleaned.

“This hotel was nice for what I paid. Everything was fine. The hotel lobby and hallways smelt like smoke, however, my room did not. Everything was clean except for the toilet and the shower curtain. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Heat too high in room, but able to easily adjust it.

• It was just what I needed from the king size bed to the lock on the door.
• I was disappointed to learn of the high movie costs.

“Clean and friendly! Recommendation for dinner was amazing. Taleanos was great! I would stay there again in a Heartbeat. The also gave me no trouble about requesting a non smoking room. I am very pleased.”

• Rooms was clean and comfortable with fridge, Microwave, coffee pot, ironing board. Staff was very friendly.
• Staff smoking right outside the entrance.

“Didn't have an opportunity to use the pool but it seemed nice. It had a good continental breakfast and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was so friendly with a smile and very helpful. The young lady who checked us in had the best smile! It is not fancy but we weren't there for fancy. Just a nice room to rest in and head out for family reunion fun. Would stay there again.”

• Noisy bathroom fan, plumbing leaked.

“The bathroom fan was so loud that it drowned out the TV. The faucet also leaked water when the water was turned on. It had a fitness room, but when I used the treadmill, it turned itself off abruptly and I nearly fell over the front of the machine. The TV did not get the local channels very well, so it was difficult to get a clear picture of the weather forecast for the day.”

• The room smell and look like a cheap motel.

“This hotel was like a cheap motel! When I walked in, I could immediately smell the smoke. Also, the toilet did not flush properly. I would not recommend staying the night at the Baymonte Hotel!”

• Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.
• Had non smoking room that smelled like stale cigarettes. Hallways and elevator also reeked of cigarette smoke.

“Overall was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. For the price it was a big let down. To pay the price we did in Ft. Smith and in a Baymont to get what we did in the way of a room was a big let down from other Baymonts we have stayed in for less money. If it had been for more than one night I would have moved us to the La Quinta down the street.”

“General appearance poor seemed dirty. We were put in a smoking, we were told no others available. My wife has asthma and our clothes smelled like smoke.”

• The staff was super friendly and helpful.
• The ice maker was on the second floor and we were on third.

“Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff members were great.”

“The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The phone was ringing as soon as we walked into our room; it was the front desk just checking to make sure everything was OK. Breakfast was not due to be served until 7:00 on the day that we stayed, but because we had to leave by 6:00, the put breakfast out early.”

• Spacious and late check out good location.
• Cleaning staff was rude and informed us they were running hotel that day.

“No one running hotel on mothers day morning except cleaning staff. They locked us out of our room as we were taking things to the van by deactivating the card. No apologies. Also, coffee pot was dangerous. The spout was extremely off center. Bath tub was black on bottom. Room 102.”

• I liked the selection of the continental breakfast. There was something for everyone.
• In some places in seemed to be a little run-down.

• The general manger is good at making people feel welcome.
• The swimming pool is outside and only seasonal.

“The Baymont Inn, Fort Smith AR, offers nice rooms for business travelers. The general manager is very careful to make sure all guests feel welcome and important. The rooms are clean and comfortable.”

• The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent breakfast bar.
• Access to the street the hotel was on was extremely busy and hard to access.

“The hotel was very quiet, clean and had a friendly staff who took our concerns to heart and help provide us with a room that was accommodating for my 81 year old mother. They put us on the ground floor just a few feet from the entrance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Several of my family members also stayed at the hotel as we were in Ft. Smith for a funeral.”

“Nice location, staff was in a hurry and very short, the slamming doors in the middle of the night were unsettling, I got a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking. usually the staff is wonderful, just got a bad draw.”

• Free wireless internet service was helpful and the complimentary breakfast had a good selection.
• Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke from the past.

“It was handy to the highway and the mall, restaurants, and services. The room was comfortable and clean. Free wireless internet in the room made it convenient to check email on my laptop. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of items and the staff were conscientious about keeping items stocked and available.”

“The staff was friendly. The room was clean but the hallways were dirty, the elevator was filthy and sickening with the smell of cigarette smoke. Even outside "NON SMOKING ROOMS" I have asthma and heart problems all of which make breathing difficult at best. Without having to endure the smoke smell everywhere...even the bath towels and bed linens.”

• Convenient to dine, shop, gas. Staff quick to give us another room due to problems. Breakfast was fine.
• Carpets were dirty, air conditioner didn't work.

“For a smaller hotel, this was fine. Staff was helpful and they went a little extra on the continental breakfast. The location was handy to known eating places & shopping areas & Sam's Club for cheaper fuel. Air conditioner wouldn't work at all in first room, and was not really very cold in second room, but comfortable.”

• That they were able to give a non-smoking room when you did not have the choice available when ordering.
• No internet access unless you had a dial up account.
