• Nothing.
• Crack hole that needs to be demolished.

“Better off demolished than standing. Not fit to be called a hotel/motel.”

• Located in down town fort smith.
• Swimming pool has bugs in it and the jets were barely going.

“Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. The only complaint was the pool. Very nice.”

• That we got our money back with very little problem and found a decent hotel up the road.
• It was filthy, smelly and depressing. Like a "flop house" atmosphere.

“Do not stay here. If there was a minus star level this would qualify.”

• The park that was next to it was great for dogs and pleasant to just sit in.
• The pool was closed.

“Fine hotel and a good price. Sleepy little town with more to offer than meets the eye. For the dog folks there is a groomer within walking distance.”

• Nothing and under construction.
• Door was fix with bubblegum.

“The door to my hotel room was not able to close, so the repair man came and tried to fix it with gum out of his mouth, well it did not work. There was construction at the hotel and they started to work at 7 every day. I left the hotel and stay with a friend because I could not stand it anymore. My stay is based on 2 days.”

• The management(female) was very friendly and helpful.

“This was a very nice older motel that the current management are working hard to maintain and improve. Breakfast buffet was available, but we chose to sleep in late. The friendliness of the night clerk (female) made this late, tired traveler feel welcome and appreciated.”

• If you're only there to sleep it was worth the money!
• Outdated, old, not good for a family trip.

“It was not terrible dirty but very old, outdated, sheets had holes. I would never bring my family, we were there for a short period of time, so it wasn't as bad.”
