• The room was very nice and couldn't have asked for more.
• Free appetizer buffet is quite poor except for the free wine or beer. Would rather pay a few dollars and have at least one good item.

• Location.
• It took until 7PM to get the room cleaned.

“Dingy, bad linens, not enough blankets; room cleaning was sparse or non-existent. We first got a room that had not been cleaned, then each day it took until LATE to get the linens replaced and the bed made.”

• Did not get king bed.

“A clean hotel and employees were nice. But, room was given away and was put in a room first that was a big closet with a bed, had to go to a two bed room so me and my wife would have comfortable room to sleep.”

• No continental breakfast when ordering room online. Fire stations on a smoking floor without hoses.

• I loved the fish in the lobby and the restaurant.
• I thought the hall ways could have been cleaner. Our first room had an unmade bed so we moved.

• Location: a little to the East, just a teensy bit confusing.

• It was clean.
• The trash trucks were ridiculous that early in morning.

“We basically used the hotel to sleep and then shower in, so for the money it wasn't too bad. Would stay there again if we were on side of hotel away from the dumpsters, because it was way too loud when they emptied them before the sun rose.”

• Location was convenient and near restaurants.
• Room was very small and no sink space in the bathroom.

“The hotel itself was nice and had some good accommodations. However, my room was next to the stairwell and very small and cramped. The was no sink space in the bathroom so I had to balance toiletries on the toilet or towel rack. Lobby was very nice, they had a manager's reception with free drinks, free internet. Business center printer was not working when I tried to use it. Fitness center was decent, a bit older, but had the necessities to work out with.”

• Indoor/outdoor pool for the kids. Exercise facility, and large commons area for visiting.
• Very few towels available in pool area. Ice machine on our floor was broken.

“Nice older hotel. Attractive dining & commons area. Very good pool area for the kids, indoor & outdoor available. Rooms were not large, but ok in size and clean. It was 2.5 stars, which is accurate, or possibly a 3 star. Good place to stay for the money, 2nd time we have stayed there, and will again.”

• Price - parking space that made it easy to get to my room.
• No maid service performance; large foyer but inadequate seating; small bedroom; room door did not shut well.

“We were out of the hotel most of our stay. Otherwise, the small room would have been uncomfortable. The room door did not shut well, and our son's room was left open by maid service. We did not receive maid service in our room. We were not allowed to watch pay-per-view movies without a paper hassle. To sum it up: good enough for business, but not great for a vacation.”

• The free Wi-Fi and the incredibly comfortable pillows.
• Although there was cable TV, I thought the selection of channels was a bit on the slim side.

“I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, my room was clean and I felt safe. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were set at a comfortable temperature.”

• The best part of this experience was a front desk attendant very nice, and helpful.
• Right next to the highway. The noise kept me awake.

• Staff was very friendly, good value for price.
• Spa area splashy, hot tub very small, babies in dirty diapers in pool.

“For the money, it was a good value. It is showing age (hallways and pool area), but the room was clean, beds firm and comfy, staff extremely helpful and friendly. It is very convenient to the Interstate but tucked away so no distracting traffic noise. We would be glad to stay there again.”

• Room was warm and inviting. Sheets were very nice and of good quality.
• The shower drain did not work well and had standing water in the tub.

• Convenient location, good restaurant and very friendly and nice staff.
• I asked for a non-smoking room but the smell of tobacco in my room was really strong. The hallway carpets were badly stained.

“The people there were very nice, especially the front desk and restaurant. The hallways smelled moldy and were badly stained. It is a great location and was accessible to places I worked while in town.”

• Facility is a bit aging: carpets pretty worn in halls, elevators ancient and bit of a musty/old smell to it.

• The indoor pool was cold and tons of children were allowed to run around and cannon ball in the hot tub while my husband and I were there.

“Overall, we had a nice stay. The biggest drawbacks were the obnoxious kids there and their lazy parents who didn't make them be respectful of other hotel guests.”
