“I think it is unsafe to have a door stopper in the middle of hallway in the room. You can really hurt your feet.”

• The hotel was clean, convenient location for us and the staff was very friendly. I will recommend and stay at one of these hotels again.
• They did not ask me any information about my car, such as model or license plates for parking purposes.

• The staff was very nice and very helpful.
• The bed was too soft - my husband and I woke up with a back-ache.

“This hotel was very clean. The staff super nice and friendly. The pool area smelled of too much cholorine and had too much cholorine in it. There were not enough towels in the pool area either. The exercise room was great. Couldn't adjust the volume as loud as we wanted to hear the TV. Great location to the intersate.”

• Employees were incredible, swimming pool and hot tub were out of this. world and the whole place was clean.
• There was only one computer in the lobby area, needed more.

“The hotel did not look like much on the outside but was a great surprise on the inside. The employees were very nice and friendly. Our room was great. No complaints except for the lone universal computer in the lobby. No Coke products, only Pepsi.”

• I really enjoyed the location, very easy to find.
• Wanted the pool to be open longer, and didn't know about the weight room until later.

• Very attractive and well lit. The hotel has a no smoking policy which is nice even if you smoke. Our room had a balcony and was a very nice touch.

• The fact that it is totally non-smoking and the courtyard with patios.
• A directional is needed on the main street.

• Close to Interstate.
• Older but well maintained.

“Older Courtyard Motel. But moderately well maintained and close to interstate. Not close to newer shopping areas or parts of the city.”

• Beds were comfortable, swimming was refreshing, room was quiet at night.
• No fridge in room.

“The room was everything I wanted for the price. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet at night. There were plenty of towels at poolside. The only downside was that there were unattended children splashing and diving in the shallow end of the pool - made me nervous. Only thing missing was a free breakfast.”

• Not clean, staff unfriendly.

“First of all, we were under the impression that their water park was going to be reasonable for guests. But I was wrong. They wanted $81 for the three of us. Secondly, the iron didn't work in the room. Thirdly, we had no where to park because of a firework display across the street. Fourthly, the back entrance to the hotel was nasty and disgusting. Fifth, there were water marks all over the ceiling by the back entrance. Sixth, I was charged for the complementary water. Seventh the front guests clerks (Avg age 21) were not very hospitable. 8th, there weren't any carts available for luggage. Quote "The very few that we do have are being used". They were never ready to assist in anyway. Ninth, should I continue? This place is a dump. It is not even close to a 3 star facility. I will never stay here again!”

• Always clean rooms, always professional staff.
• The only thing I noticed was garbage piled up outside a trash can at one of the entrances.

• Exceptionally clean and friendly.
• Would have liked wireless Internet access.

“The only negative thing about this hotel is the lack of wireless Internet access. But as far as a comfortable stay, the Courtyard by Marriott is hard to beat. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, and the rooms are top rate.Far down the list of wishes are new bathroom fixtures, such as new toilets -- they are a bit outdated.”

• This hotel could not have been closer to the place we were visiting
• The breakfast is extremely ridiculously expensive

“They have a very nice pool and hot tob, which are both very relaxing. However the hot tob and pool temperatures are very close together. The lobby has a very nice seating area with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day long. There is also a very large TV in the lobby which was nice. The rooms were also very nice. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Mariott hotel!”

• The staff there was great. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
• I would have liked a one bed room, and the location was random. There was no where to get food later than 11 o'clock.

• Hot tub not hot enough, air conditioning not cold enough.

“A nice hotel with all the amenities you'd expect. Great location right off the interstate, but also located in a quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly and breakfast buffet is good. Overall, a pleasant stay.”

• needed a key to enter all outside doors with the exception of front door.
• didn't have the option of the $10 per room breakfast.

• Clean rooms. Good location. Great pool.
• Hot tub needs stronger jets. Small workout area.

“This is a very solid, well maintained hotel. Our family really liked the pool area, and their breakfast buffet is a pretty good deal. The large plasma TV display in the lounge/lobby area is an interesting attraction.”

“The only complaint I would have would be the friendliness of the check in clerk. I would not say she was rude, just not very helpful or friendly. We came in late one night and our card would not work in the outside door lock. We had to walk all the way around the front of the hotel. We were given new cards, but no apology for the inconvenience. Everything else was great.”

“Hotel was nice, however they cater to men. Of the television stations provided 6 of the 24 available were solely devoted to sports and 4 were 24 hour news channels. There was not much entertainment available to watch after a very difficult day of working. I would rather not be upgraded if this is the case in the future.”
