• The free evening cocktails, and free breakfast.
• Bed, and pillows were uncomfortable.

“Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Late night, early morning there was a loud high pitch sound, and believe it was the showers running in adjacent rooms. Between that, and bed, not a good nights sleep. Several young kids soccer teams staying at hotel so common area was noisy, and busy but can't hold hotel responsible for that.”

• Beautiful lobby/atrium, water fountains, liked indoor pool, looked cooked to order breakfast and newspaper delivered to door.
• Several lady bugs found in bedroom on a daily basis.

“Overall, this was a good stay. Loved the cook to order breakfast. Very friendly staff. Overall clean. Business center was not up to par. Only two computers with slow connection. Poor printers. Loved the indoor pool.”

• Great free breakfast! Managers reception is a nice perk. (Free drinks!) Beautiful atrium area.
• They will automatically charge you for a USA Today newspaper each day unless you ask them not to.

“I will be staying at this hotel again the next time I am in KC, MO. I would highly recommend it to anyone!”

• Convenience.
• Housekeeping came around to early.

“Myself and 3 other women stayed here over labor day weekend to go see the nickel back concert, our stay overall was pretty good except for a couple of things. One of the ladies slept in the pull out sofa bed and noticed when she went to pull the covers over herself that there was a pair of socks left in the bed from the previous stay of someone. Yuck - this tells us that the sheets on that bed had not been changed since the last person slept there. Also the sink in the main bedroom kept backing up and water would sit in the sink until the toilet was flushed. When we went to go tell the front desk when we were leaving as an FYI, we were told that nothing could be done and that the incidents should have been reported at the time when they occurred. All right stay but should have stuck to my first choice of the Sheraton suites on the plaza.”

• I really liked the lobby, free breakfast, and the two-room suites.
• The bathroom did not have a fan (for the steam from the shower).

• Large comfortable rooms, very clean
• We didn't like not being able to get two rooms adjoining, one king, one w/two double bds, we requested extra pillow/blkt never delivered. oh well!

• shuttle to airport was late. No one seemed to care

• Very friendly atmosphere

“Great hotel. The breakfasts are fabulous. They come with the room charge and are cooked to order, not the usual 'continental breakfast' you get at a lot of places. It was of a quality seen more frequently at a Sunday Brunch, only it is every day.”

• gorgeous lobby, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast
• I wish the bedroom had had a vanity instead of a sink, as the Embassy Suites in Omaha.

“It's easy to see why all-suite hotels have become so popular, and Embassy really knows how to do it! Having a living room" makes all the difference in comfort--really increasing the feeling of a home away from home. Breakfast becomes a real treat to look forward to, with the cook-to-order chef making great omelets and specialty pancakes. We hope to stay with Embassy Suites again and again."”
