• Room furnishings.
• Bedroom carpet, business center out-of-order, expensive restaurant for the quality of food, and no heat in room.

• The night desk person was prompt in checking us is.
• Some rooms had complimentary breakfast, but it was room dependent, which was strange.

• The hotel was clean, nice landscaping, and very close to MCI airport.
• The pool water was too cold, but did not keep me or my son from swimming.

• Conveniently located. Friendly staff, quick easy check in.
• No continental breakfast.

“Easy to find hotel. Close restaurants. Room was clean. Airport shuttle was very prompt it was not the desk clerk that was driving the shuttle & trying to run the desk also, like some other area hotels.”

• Good location.
• Phone didn't work.

“Good location for airport connections. The phone in my room did not work so I couldn't get a wake up call. It could have been a disaster if I had given my wake up time to the front desk when I checked in. Fortunately, I said I would call it in from my room, when I discovered the phone didn't work.”

• Beauty and comfort.
• Had to be moved last on Christmas night due to water line breakage.

“The staff was very friendly. Especially the van driver that took us to dinner on Christmas Eve. He was wonderful but do not know his name.”

• Location was great, clean, friendly, hot tub, pool great!!!!

• Hot tub was a great relaxer at the end of a big trip - shuttle was on time for our early flight.
• Cleaniness of the room - drinking glasses were dirty.

“Location for an early morning flight was great - shuttle service was on-time and very helpful. Rooms were less than spotless - drinking glasses were dirty, only one towel in bathroom. Only one key actually worked in our door, but that can happen anywhere. ”

• It was comfortable, clean and the service was superb
• there was nothing

“The staff was helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay good. The bed was so comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. I did not get out my can of travel size lysol :) that is saying a LOT”

• The easy access to the airport,shopping centers and restaurants
• Name was not visible from the interstate, a bit hard to locate

“If your heading out of the airport this is a great quality hotel. They provide excellent shuttle srevice to and from airport. They offer an excellent free breakfast and most of all you will get a great night sleep as they provide quality beds and feather pillows for your comfort.”

• The location was great. It was just a few minutes from the airport.
• The beds were very uncomfortable.

“The beds in the hotel were not comfortable. My room on the first floor had a door leading to the outside (parking lot). It made me uneasy. Other than that, the hotel was okay. Nothing great and not up to my expectations. I will probably not stay here again.”

• We thought the buffet was complementary -- we were very embarrassed when they had to come after us to get paid.

• It had a restaurant, food was good--although it was not free. There were other restaurant choices within a short walk.
• Can't think of anything that was unpleasant about this hotel.

• The staff was very helpful - when the shuttle was busy the night manager would shuttle me in another van.
• can not really come up with anything negative
